"I've worked for this establishment multiple times, the owners of this place really are wonderful people... hands down one of THE BEST places here in Burnet ,TX (in my experience) to work for. They personally train all of their employees and really strive to obtain hard working and efficient staff; not only caring about customer feedback but from within as well. Their impact in this workplace is powerful and it's amazing. Great people all around! Plus the food is great! If you're looking for a friendly and clean place to dine-in to, Chicken Express is a good choice where you'll leave satisfied."

Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was fresh and hot. Pricing was decent.. as for atmosphere, well the dining area was in better condition than on last visit

Their chicken livers are to DIE for! Wish they had a larger order, or wish I'd ordered twice as much! Chicken is cooked perfectly, and the Mashed potatoes w/gravy were exceptional.

Delish piping hot fried chicken with crispy skin. Also note Chicken Express serves nice large pieces of chicken, especially the legs and wings, and the yeast-rising rolls are a real treat... Sides are ok, nothing special, but the fried chicken and rolls are def worth the trip! View menu

Two cars in front of me to the drive up order kiosk. Not a problem. It's 12:20 after all. Ordered one piece of chicken. 20 minutes later got it handed to me. Got back to the office less than five minutes later and found the biscuit cold and the chicken breast undercooked. Yuck. Will think twice before visiting again. Too bad.

I frequent this location but today VERY disappointed as I ordered 8piece chicken with 1 side.. came home with ALL dark meat(supposed to have 2 breasts) then the biscuits are hard like they have been sitting and microwaved.. called to clarify my order and was told oh they substitute when out of white meat... TELL the customer when ordering CUZ I DON'T like dark meat!!
