"When I opened my meal, I realized that my broccoli salad was missing. I approached the counter to ask about it and explained that I had ordered the trio. The young lady who took my order seemed to have no recollection of it and questioned me repeatedly, acting as if she didn’t believe me. She even asked for my receipt, which I had thrown away, thinking it was unnecessary. When I told her this, she remarked that it was strange that the broccoli salad wasn’t included in my to-go order. I assured her that it wasn’t there. Eventually, she offered to get me a side to go. As I started eating, I encountered a gritty, brown piece in my food that I initially thought was a dried cranberry—only to discover it was dirt. At that point, I discarded it. The Fancy Nancy chicken salad itself was quite bland and lacked the usual extras like apples and grapes. Overall, I have never been so disappointed in this restaurant."

Why is it every time I come here, I get a gastrointestinal issue. Didn't connect the dots at first. No dates on the containered chicken salad should be the first red flag. Don't eat here unless you want to clean out the bowels.

Placed an online order on yesterday for kicking Kay Anne and soup. The soup was sooooooooooo good but my crossaint was burnt and there was barely any chicken salad on it. I’m assuming it was because it was an online order.. I normally order in store and never have this issue. Update: the manager reached out and corrected my meal. Thank you Karen

I loveeeee CSC. I moved to Pooler a year ago from Warner Robins and I’m confused as to why the locations around here don’t use the rewards program? I have over 200 points and can’t even use them here. Chicken Salad Chick in Pooler, GA is AMAZING! This was my first time visiting a Chicken Salad Chick and my mind was BLOWN! It’s so delicious. I was greeted by the friendliest associates, like the General Manager Meagan and the Store Manage Karen. I was overwhelmed by the menu and they explained everything to me with kindness and patience. And then there's the ice situation—seriously, it's been broken for over two months, and no one has bothered to fix it? That says a lot about the management and ownership. EDIT: After a conversation with the corporate office about this location, I decided to give it another shot, but it was even worse this time. We found hair in our food! The store manager, Megan, offered us a cookie as an apology—really? That doesn't make up for it. Speaking with the staff, I'm thankful we didn't escalate things to LeAnne, as we learned about a lot of issues that are being covered up. "Food: 1/5 Soggy, too much sauce, a hint of soured rice, dry fish, and unappetizing presentation. All for the grand total of $30. See for yourself in the photos... It still reflects overall quality of service I 'd received. Visited this establishement on Sunday 6/16/2024. I 'd arrived at the restaurant around 6:30pm, placed my order in by 6:40pm. Food didn 't come out until 7:29pm exactly. Between this time, my server had checked on me twice. Once to bring me my salad. Second time when I had ordered a beer around 7:05pm... just to kill some time. Between that and the arrival of food, no one came by to check on me. Even when my beer glass/can was empty. Because of the terrible delays in bringing what I 'd ordered, I feel they were trying to avoid eye contact... or any interaction for that matter. Also, my server didn 't understand what ginger was. I don 't blame the server, however, I do blame the owner/head waitress whom seems to the owner/operator of the restaurant for not training the server with the basics. Almost forgot to mention, when I ordered aforementioned beer, I had asked for a Sapporo. When I asked for a second one, the same server had brought me a Sapporo Black instead... and ensuring me that it 's the same one I 'd ordered previously. What? Atmosphere: 2/5 Some people may say, Hey, the restaurant was probably really busy. Thus, why they had brought out your late. Well, you see. I had taken a picture of the dining area. See for yourself and tell me how FULL the restaurant is. Mind you, most of these people still sitting were on their way out. By the time I got done with my plate of food, there were only 2 tables plus the same people on the sushi bar. The decor is old. Unorganized. And the space is restrictive. My chair was a bit too low compared to the table. But I guess that is all subjective. They do offer a Happy Hour for drinks, but it 's only good until 6:30pm. Overall, while I wasn 't execting a great experience, but I 'd sure hoped it would be good enough for me to visit regularly as it is the only sushi place near where I live temporarily. But after spending $50+ for a dinner, I 'm more than disappointed to say that I would not be back at this establishment again. PS. Don 't be surprised to see they ask for minimum 20% on tips when you pay with credit card."
