"Terrible experience!!!! Our waiter couldn't get our order correct after being explained numerous times. When we finally received our food my wife's chicken quesadilla was very dry with no cheese. My sons bacon burger was only suppose to have cheese andbacon but came out with all the toppings. My bacon burger had extra toppings that I was willing to take off but the meat itselfwas burnt. We sent all the food back and still was charged for appetizers that we didn't even eat. Spoke to the manager and shenever apologized for the poor service or the terrible food that was wrong. Will never visit this location again and which isvery close to my home. Will drive out the way for better service."

Servers and the host was great. They had an issue in the kitchen, but they kept us informed. The food on the other hand. Chili's food use to be so much better. Probably will not visit again.

we came tonight 4/15/22 to celebrate my father's birthday. we were greeted rudely by a racist short black man. we wanted to talk to a manager and we'll tell ourselves that we can't talk to him and that he was busy on the phone and then was told that we could leave his restaurant. he was not the manager, but he was not right to speak with us. I took this video from him to get crazy

Sadly this Chili's is not as good as it used to be. I've lived in the area for about 6 years now and covid seems to have taken a toll on the place. Went with my husband for dinner, and the service and food was subpar. Went to the bathroom and the stalls, sinks and dispensers were broken. It's sad because this used to be a decent place to eat but now I wouldn't reccomend this location. View menu

I'm giving this 4 stars because I'm giving the staff the benefit of the doubt. The food was okay, didn't taste very fresh. This is why I'm taking a star off. But the service was good. They seemed understaffed during lunch hour and did all they could with just 2 wait staff. They did a great job, kept their composure all throughout our time there. Our waitress checked in on us and was very friendly.

Another good chili's experience, got one of the fancy burgers they offer, the double bacon ranch burger or something similar to that. It could have come with more fries personally and they were out of Blue moon beer which was unfortunate, ended up getting a Modelo, I didn't catch the servers name but he was awesome and very attentive.The burger was really good though I will be getting another for sure in the near future ??

I've been to this location a couple of times and the service is always disappointing. I feel like if I don't immediately know what I want to order when I order my drink, I have to wait forever for the waitress to come back for my order. The food is always good, back of house always kills it, but the front of house always ruins my experience. I love Chili's, it's a shame that if I have a craving I'll have to go to further locations. Do not come here it’s very dirty and it took forever to get seated and the waiter took are money and wouldn’t give us change until we got a manager and he still gave us the wrong amount. And the girls restroom had no sink and was very dirty they didn’t take out the trash. There are THOUSANDS of holes in there seats and no a/c. Food was cold and over all I felt like I was in the ghetto horrible location I do not recommend coming here.

Service was okay. We came in at 10:45pm but they were out of tea and silverware so I had to eat my steak with a plastic spoon. I also couldn't eat my corn on the cob because there were no knives to cut the kernels off since I can't eat it off the cob due toa false tooth. I understand it was late and a little more than an hour before closing, but you should be able to get basicthings like silverware. The food was good, though. I'll come back again.
