"Today's visit to this location has to be the best I have EVER had at any Chili's and I know that may be saying a lot. I went alone for lunch. I was seated immediately. Kristy (not sure the spelling) was the nicest waitress to this day. She took the time to explain their new ordering system to me which I think is just the bees knees. My drink arrived before she finished taking my order (perk of the new system). My food was hot and fresh with almost no wait at all for any of it. There was a slight delay on my salad which resulted in the manager providing me with a discount. I never requested or expected that. However, I definitely appreciate it! There is more I could say here to hype up my visit, but I think you get my point lol. All in all, this was a great visit. I will definitely return!"

This chilis is very clean, the staff was on top to help all guests while cleaning tables when people leave. Had 5* in the atmosphere if it were darker. Food was satisfied and they have a good choice, but it is nothing special kindness: I have made my 2 years old and had a pleasant experience

Cajun chicken pasta (add shrimp) is what I usually order. Always get extra Cajun season on the side, because it tends to be a little bland. Definitely my go to spot for when I don’t feel like cooking tho. 3 for 11.00 I think is the meal deal. Drink, salad and entree for about 12.00 isn’t bad if you ask me.

We had a party of about 16. We asked ahead of time if the waitress could handle it alone and she said yes. Needless to say she could not. Service was extremely slow and the manager was rude. Also the food was not good. The pasta wa dry, the fajitas werevery small for 20.00. I was very disappointed as were my coworkers. Definitely not going back .

DISGUSTING! How dare you send people food that use delivery service, poor quality food that u would never serve in your restaurant! After working a 13 hour shift this is what I come home to. Brown leaves in the salad, burned quesadillas, and brown smushed avocados that I paid extra for!! How dare u send people food this way, but not dare serve food like that in the actual restaurant!

My pasta Alfredo was dry and not only that it took a while to get out food. The corn was dry and the customer service was terrible. The knife had dried food on it. Just maybe y'all need to take the time and train your staff and be more mindfulbecause people are paying there money for a quality meal. Not only that you can hear the waitress telling another waitress (whyyou didn't tell me I was ashy) Tighten up on the customer service and the food quality.

This was my first visitand the service here was impeccable! The Baby Back Ribs were fall- off-the-bone delicious! Our server Amber was very personable and accommodating. She made us feel welcome and treated us with above and beyond service. Amber was wonderful! So was our food runner Quincy, who presented our food with a gracious smile, and professionally. The food was delicious including our two sides (broccoli and spanish rice). We will definitely be returning! ?

We went on a Friday night, terrible, but super unforgettable. One of the daughters was in a stand right in front of us. And she jumps and whispers to my wife. Our waiter has us thanks to our appetizer the Mozzarella Sticks are amazing! But she forgot to take our order for about 20 minutes. Once we got up to get their attention, we have to order our food and get it like 15 minutes later. We tried to pull out boxes we waited 15 minutes to get their attention, but finally decided to get a random waiter. The ornament on the cake was when my wife dropped her ring and a child of someone else who came in came on our table when she stood up under the table and shouted "AGHHHHH". Priceless experience...
