"There is a certain comfort in dining at Chili's that is undeniable. Whether it's the familiar menu, the lively ambiance, or the promise of delicious Tex-Mex flavors, Chili's always delivers. I was in the mood for that classic Chili's experience, and I was not disappointed. The restaurant was bustling with guests, which is always a good sign, and the atmosphere was energetic. We were seated promptly and our server was welcoming and friendly. We started off with their potent Presidente Margaritas and a generous portion of chips and salsa, a great start to our meal. The highlight of the night was definitely the fajitas. The sizzling platter of steak and chicken was just so satisfying, with the enticing aroma of grilled meat and peppers filling the air. The warm tortillas were perfect for creating our own fajita creations with all the toppings. And of course, no Chili's experience is complete without their signature Long Island Iced Tea. The service was excellent, despite the busy crowd. Our server was attentive and the food came out quickly. Overall, Chili's provided exactly what I was looking for: tasty food, enjoyable drinks, and a lively atmosphere that's perfect for spending time with loved ones."

One of my favorite locations to grab lunch or dinner. Customer service was not the best but our server explained that she had to clear her own tables. Would recommend hiring more people!

if they want a really good burger, they don't go to other places. this chili’s grill bar is the right deal! special mention of the waitress who visited me. so sweet and professional. I think I fell in love with her at first sight? well done!

Great Service and loved the fact that I didn't have to wait mins just to get a Seat with the Family. Amazing Friendly Service, the fries were a bit Cold and they replaced them but overall was a great visit as the previous ones in the past. Will be returning as always!!!

next to the dirty table (we had to clean it up and my employees decided to stay). the food was good and the service ok. I feel sometimes; not all people are suitable for customer service and here in miami we have great problems. ps the waitress removed the serviettes we showed her with the dust we cleaned and told us that this was due to the construction at the site?

I have never posted a negative review about an establishment because I would rather keep my mouth shut ...but I'm going to tell you something.. this was the absolute worst of the worst.. They had no maragaritas as advertised, there was no silverware..the waitress said they ran out of chips. We ordered fajitas which were cold and undercooked. The tortillas were not even warm..cold and brittle. We thought it was a joke. Then we got charged for the free chips seriously l can't believe they are in business. Do not believe it if they say they were busy or they had an event, this is status quo not an off night .most of the positive reviews are likely by the staff.
