"Last night, I ordered a quesadilla salad and a molten chocolate cake at the restaurant. I was very disappointed with the poor quality of the salad—the tortillas were stale, the chicken was rubbery, and the lettuce was wilted. The dish cost $14, and after discussing my experience with the manager, he only offered me a $10 gift card as compensation. I felt this was insufficient, as it didn't even cover the price of the salad. If this is the standard of customer service they maintain, I wouldn't be shocked if the restaurant ended up closing."

Will never dine here again not sure what happened to this location sholud of walked out but unfortunately didn't. The restaurant smelled dirty and when we sat down we stuck to the floor. I looked around and the floors were so dirty the whole restaurant needto hose it down filthy is the word all over. Needs a very deep clean

Even though the restaurant was short on staff, the service was outstanding, and the food arrived quickly and piping hot. We’ve dined here twice in the last two weeks, and both times our servers were exceptional, consistently refilling our drinks without us needing to ask. The place was clean and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. We can't wait to return soon!

There were four of us dining at the restaurant. We arrived at 9:25 PM and were informed by the server that the kitchen was closed, despite Google's information stating they were open until 10 PM. We often eat at Chili's, but we found this situation to be unacceptable and unprofessional.
