"Although our waitress tried her best, we experienced long waits between drink refills; she often seemed to disappear for quite a while. When we finished eating, one of our guests requested a box to take home leftovers, but the waitress never brought one. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes without receiving a box, we ultimately had to ask another staff member for assistance. While she agreed to help, she also didn't follow through, and we left without it. We were understanding of the staffing challenges many restaurants face today, which is why we didn’t complain and still gave our waitress a 20% tip. However, there were certainly ways she could have improved her service, which would have made things easier for both her and us. Since most of us ordered Coke or tea, she could have brought a pitcher to refill drinks at the table, which would have sped things up quite a bit. I noticed another waitress doing just that for her table, so I'm not sure if our waitress was new or just overlooked that. My kids enjoy dining here often and usually have a good experience, but personally, I'm not a fan, especially as I don't enjoy spicy food. God bless."

The manager, Mark, was unresponsive and disregarded our efforts to address our concerns. Overall, our experience was very disappointing. Although the service was adequate, the food quality was subpar. If you choose to eat here, proceed with caution—it could land you a visit to the doctor!

Every time I'm in town and someone asks for my dining preference, this restaurant is always my top choice. The food is outstanding, the drinks are served generously, and the staff is remarkably professional and attentive. They've never gotten my orders wrong, and the service is consistently quick. I absolutely adore this place!

Chili's serves up some good Tex-Mex food. My only issue was that they didn't have a burrito option on the menu. I'm not sure if that's just this location or if it's part of a nationwide menu. Nevertheless, the meal I had was very delicious, and the service from our waitress was excellent. If you go, be sure to try the dessert—it's a must! View menu

Had a delivery order, ordered by the Chili website. The order was 30 minutes later than the estimate when ordering. The melted chocolate cake came with zero instructions how to prepare no ice with it, and very little in the way of the blow. My burger was almost burned, the pommes were so tender. I would not recommend this place for delivery.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chili's. The hostess really needs more training when it comes to managing seat times. We waited 35 minutes, only to be told it would be another 15 minutes. Once we were seated, our waitress ignored us for 12 minutes before finally acknowledging our table. She seemed completely unaware of what was happening. On a positive note, the manager was friendly and nice.

The service was ok. The food was ok. But the worst thing is the only way to view the menu is by scanning a QR code. They literally have no paper menu available except the kids menu, 3 specials, and the booze. Which given I was thrust a menu type thing about what margaritas I should have... I'm certain this is not a covid precaution. So if you have an elderly or not so tech savvy family member, prepare to pass them your phone to so they can decide what to eat! Very stupid. View menu

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was told I would only have to wait 15 minutes for a seat, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Once I was seated, I waited another 20 minutes for a server who never arrived. Eventually, I decided to leave. To make matters worse, the restaurant wasn't even busy, and it was my mother-in-law's birthday. I'm really disappointed with how much this place has declined since my previous visits. It used to be one of my favorite spots.

Update: we had an excellent server and the food was still good. They have changed the menu and now they have tiers of the 3 for me. Tier 1 is $10.99, Tier 2 is $11.99 and Tier 3 is $12.99. They still include your drink and an appetizer. Only negative isthe portions might be slightly smaller but not enough to really make a difference. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta minus the cajunand it was very good and had a lot of flavor and my husband had the Oltimer Burger with fries. We left satiated and happy. As inthe previous review below, it was very cold in there and its just noy pleasant to eat in a restaurant where you cant feel yournose or your arms are freezing. Excellent burger on the 3 for $10...
