"I came to this same chipotle last year and was charged for every single things that used to be included otherwise, quantity was so little and as we sat down to eat few of employees friends showed up and oh boy you should have seen their bowls. Loaded up oneverything it almost made me believe they give customers less quantity and charge them but when friends show up no charge andloaded up food is ready for them. And here we are today, we ordered kids tacos and apparently was not told that cheese I havebuy extra. Despite my disappointment they had no concept of customer service. It is not about money it is about the bad customerservice and entitlement of screwing customers. We all work hard we don?t have money that can be thrown Away and not get what wepay for. I have been to many chipotle locations this locations is exceptionally the badly operated location"

I really appreciate that when I ask for extra rice here, they are happy to give it to me. I'm a big fan of rice, and this is by far the most generous Chipotle I've been to in terms of rice portions. I’ll definitely order from this location again if it's convenient for me.

It was our first time dining at a Chipotle restaurant, and I wish I had taken a photo before we ate. The fast-casual setup allows you to customize your order as the staff prepares it right in front of you. We enjoyed our meal at clean tables. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect score is that they didn't have any soft corn tortillas, either white or yellow.

She suggested it was my fault for not doing it before she finalized the transaction, which would have required her to redo it. The system isn't very user-friendly, so it feels unfair to blame customers for the timing issues. The staff were hurrying through their tasks, yet they expect customers to match their speed when using the rewards app. If you recall Chipotle being better than this, it’s not surprising—this specific location definitely doesn’t meet that standard. I was the fifth person to place my order first thing in the morning. The lady at the counter asked what I would like, and I proceeded to order. I requested my veggies to be placed only on half of my dish, which she did. However, when she added my beans, she put them on one side. I politely asked her to spread them across the entire bottom instead. Her response was to exclaim, "Oh my God?" and roll her eyes. I found her behavior rude, especially for someone working in customer service in the morning. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, perhaps she should consider finding a new one. I will not be returning here again.

I understand that there's a lot of concern about a potential recession and supply chain issues, but let's be honest here. The prices at this national chain have gone up, and now they're rationing the meats along with the other ingredients. I had to ask the server to please add a little more barbacoa—it's not a kids' menu! Just three years ago, the price in San Jose was $9.95, and now it's $11.05. It has increased from $10.35 to $10.65, then to $10.85, and now to $11.05. I wouldn't be surprised if, in just a few months, it rises to $11.35 or more. Plus, you'll notice the paper bowls are getting smaller. Just wait and see.
