"I ordered a Mediterranean hot salad, and it was absolutely terrible. It was excessively salty—four times more than anyone could reasonably handle. The music was loud and aggressive, which not everyone might enjoy. The place was also empty during my visit. To top it off, my salad was far from healthy; it tasted artificial, the dressing was awful, and the pickled onions were a bad addition."

I had an error placing my order twice and Joell called and solved my issue before I ever realized the error. Thank you Joell!!

Always received the best customer service in this location! Great manager. Hustles right next to his co-workers, doing what needs to be done! Satisfied every time with salads and best of all, service! thank you!

I'm not sure why this location never chops my salad. It's really the only reason why I order from chopt over other salad places and I am always disappointed. Will not be ordering anymore. Not one piece of lettuce or chicken is chopped. View menu

Went for dinner. I got the MexiCali Vegan salad. I'm not a vegan, but thought the salad sounded like a good mix. The menu had a good layout that separated lower calorie salads, and more premium ones. I really enjoyed mine it had a great flavor and was made really fast.

They don?t ask customers if you want salad chopped then why check the check list? Then when do a take away order you?re suppose to grab your own utensils what kind of hospitality are you running, maybe you take classes food and beverage course so you can get more sense how hospitality and a restaurant is run!

I ordered the Santa Fe salad, and it was decent. However, the cherry tomatoes were somewhat mushy and seemed a bit past their prime. Unfortunately, shortly after eating, I experienced severe food poisoning that lasted almost two days. I'm quite certain it was caused by this meal, as it was the only thing I consumed all day! I mean, I am a serious Chopt salad lover so believe me when I say these salads are delicious!! This location is particularly great, and if you order ahead you?ll be even happier as it gets pretty busy around noon. Get the Mexican Caesar salad with Mexican goddess dressing and the Mexicali vegan salad (add grains in the wintertime) and enjoy!!!! The staff are very kind and efficient.

I ordered my meal with cauliflower rice instead of grains (at least I thought I did). My meal was made with grains to which I’m allergic. I brought it back and spoke to the manager obviously a little upset. He showed me that there must have been some glitch in the order because it did indeed say gains, not cauliflower rice. The manager was kind and patient and quickly replaced my order.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
