"Cocina 35 was highly recommended by a friend! We each ordered a tocho-morocho. This included a chilquiles verdes, tamal grattinado, 1 huevo ranchero, and beans. I decided to add steak on top of my chilaquiles which was an extra $5, so wasn't too worth it.Also had an agua frescas la verde, but it was a little bit too sweet for my taste buds. For my first time having chilaquiles, I felt it was like a wet nachos. Huge fan of chips, so it was a great dish to try!Parking easy to find in the plaza. The place definitely gets busy!"

This was my first visit, and it will likely be my last. The prices are outrageous.

Went for fathers day and did not had to wait long to be seated. I put my info before hand on the waitlist and when we arrived I checked in. Food was amazing like always and ate everything on the plate. I usually leave something, I guess I was hungry.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you're a trucker, you can park your truck right in front and sit down to enjoy a meal. The food is excellent, and dining on the patio is very relaxing, with a fresh atmosphere. Plus, we were able to keep an eye on our truck and trailer parked out front.

The place in Otay Mesa can be challenging to find due to its location. However, the food was awesome. I had the enfrijoladas, concha rellena, flan, chilaquiles con cochinita pibil, la verde aguas frescas, and guayaba con limón aguas frescas. A bit pricey, but definitely worth the money. The decor is bright and the staff are very attentive. View menu

NOT ENOUGH SALSA FOR TAKEOUT ORDERS!! Whenever you order takeout, make sure to request extra sauce. The small container provided only lightly covers about half of the chips. I ordered two servings and had to use both sauce containers just to make one decent plate. This is supposed to be chilaquiles, not just chips and salsa. Really disappointing breakfast today. :

There was no wait time, and the food arrived promptly. Overall, it was a good experience. The chips on the chilaquiles were cold, so I added the beans on top to heat them up. The coffee and Jamaica were both delicious. My side of bacon was not fully cooked (it was still white), but I mentioned it to the server, and they cooked it a little longer. Despite that, I would still recommend this place to friends and family.
