"What's good? 1. The best part: So many options to customize your entree. The variety of ingredients is so wide--sure to please all taste buds. I personally appreciate the healthy options... less processed... less fried. 2. Interior dining area is modern and bright. Looks great! 3. Friendly service on multiple visits. What's bad? 1. Congested area. Tight getting in and out of this area. 2. No soft drinks. Not a problem for me, but just a heads up for others. Overall: This joint is one of my favorite places to grab a bite. Vegetarian options: Tons of non-meat ingredients to choose from. I appreciate the tofu being baked instead of fried. Parking: The parking lot accommodates the area, but it's very congested."

Adjust your hours. Drove all the way from the other side of Louisville to eat here and they’re “closed due to short staffing”. Service: 1

Not impressed with their Korean bbq rice bowl. Food was not warm at all, and sauce appears diluted. The dish lacked flavor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Korean BBQ Grain Bowl View menu

Not bad to me. I liked my tuna (raw poke bowl. It tasted yummy. The steak broth and tofu quinoa bowls were both good, too. It was our first visit to CoreLife Eatery ever, was a nice impression. Oh, and they have a variety of chilled fusion drinks there tea, juice, fruit herbal drinks. You should give a try.

Great food. Good service. Healthy food options, well seasoned/ flavored and prepared. Great options for a heartier meal or a lighter one. The combination bowls can really help you eat your vegetables and roughage in ways that don't seem as daunting as when they are seperate entities. ? Maybe it's just me that likes my vegetables to be masked by flavors of meat? ????? Anyhow, it's a well branded, well executed restaurant that delivers on the goods. View menu

The healthiest restaurant with super yummy options to eat and drink. I got the classic grilled chicken salad and my husband got the spicy Thai bowl. Both were delicious. The drinks are particularly interesting and healthy. I got the fig, Vanilla, apple cider vinegar flavor and added a shot of black tea for the caffeine. My husband got the berry patch with cayenne. He loved it. I would consider owning one of these because of the healthy options so it can be more available to more people! Excellent experience. Dietary restrictions: Very gluten free friendly!

"We decided to try out this spot on a Friday night randomly. I will say they do their best with providing a good atmosphere with the limited space they have. The spacing between the tables makes it a little difficult for the waitresses to get through comfortably. The menu was a little confusing at first as it's two separate pages so we thought we were looking at 2 separate menus. The food was honestly delicious which was nice because I was questioning whether or not it would be and I honestly have no complaints about the food except the lemonade was not great and my wife's water tasted weird. I feel like there could be something done with the space to give it a little more life. I would say the biggest negative of the night was the service. To be fair it seemed like only 1 of the 2 waitresses were really working for some reason. But when we asked for a 2nd menu the waitress that was working slammed down another menu on the table and walked away with no words. When we brought up the issue with her she just said she was busy , no real apology for her action just justification for why she did it and you could tell her frustration the whole night as she seemed to be frantic while serving everyone and she didn't check in much with us, we had to get her attention whenever we needed something. While waiting for our food someone came in for an online order which wasn't ready and the explanation was that the online orders weren't automatic , they get sent to an inbox to where the orders have to be put in manually and that inbox wasn't checked often so the order got put in late and this was the explanation from the other waitress who didn't seem to be doing much. I might give this place another try just because the food was actually really good but I definitely think they need work on their service."
