Eventually, someone checked the note left by the manager and confirmed his name was listed, allowing him to make the payment. It’s unclear whether we should have placed our order earlier or if Cracker Barrel was simply unprepared for this situation, or possibly a bit of both. As for the food, it was quite enjoyable. Our meal included roasted turkey breast, dressing with a side of chicken broth, turkey gravy, sweet potato souffle, rolls, cranberry relish, and our chosen side of macaroni and cheese. I wasn’t particularly fond of the sweet potato souffle, as it tasted more like pumpkin. I added Colby-Monterey Jack cheese on top of the macaroni and cheese to enhance its color, and that was delicious! Despite the confusion during the ordering process, the overall flavor of the food made up for it."

I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant; everything is consistently great. The service is excellent, and the managers frequently checked in to see how we were enjoying our food. We told them it was fantastic and very affordable!

The wait was not too long. Around 15 mins. Typical. We were seated and served fairly quickly. Our food was nice and hot. It came out correct with no issues. The waiter was polite and attentive. He made sure we were satisfied. We also had a young lady assist and she was just as attentive.

She was so good that after we were seated we asked to be moved after she remembered us from last night and stopped and spoke. They had no trouble moving us to her section. The service was extremely slow, and the wait times were excessive, even though the dining area was almost empty. I witnessed staff arguing on the floor, and it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive—by that time, my meal was only half prepared. They really need to improve their staff training and the quality of their food.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant! My family and I visited, and the service was terrible. The server didn't bring us a high chair for our baby and was quite rude. Additionally, half of our order was missing because of her attitude and approach. The food itself was good, but she confused the prices, which added to our frustration. I really hope they hire more qualified staff in the future. Also, no one checked in to see if everything was okay, which was disappointing.
