"This place was is average at best. Service was prompt, however, lots of employees standing around and not engaged. There was a manager present who had a quite creepy presence as any employee did anything behind the bar. The turkey club was good, however, was a bit skimpy on the bacon. I noticed another customer interact with the bar staff about what drinks constituted happy hour. It seems that the drink menu may be confusing. I stuck with beer that was... as advertised. I will personally look to try another place in the future. The creepy manager and non-engaging staff turned me off a bit."

Great ambiance, attentive staffs, karaoke Wednesday. I got the Crafthouse Burger with fried eggs and peanut butter, it’s something you should try!!!! The fries are great too!

Food is ok. The table had to be cleaned after we were seated. The place want crowded and they had a cool robot server. Waiter was pleasant, but could have been more attentive.

Our bartender, I think his name was Owen, he was AMAZING! He was just, on point the whole time we were there. Engaging in conversations, just EVERYTHING. He recommended a Blueberry Cider, and it was delicious. I’m not a beer drinker for the most part, so I appreciated the recommendation.

Really cool place to chill and they have a great selection and categories of drinks to choose from. The beer was really cold and just right. They even have a robot to help deliver food to the tables. ? The staff was always friendly and never made me feel like I was bothering them even when I'd ask trivial questions. I will definitely be going back. Hope to see your face in the place.

Here you will find the best burgers in town! All dishes are delicious and added to that you will get great service that makes the experience even better.You have fun for sure onFriday and Saturday with the Dj or karaoke on Wednesday. my wife and i love this place! the cocktails are delicious, they have a good assortment of beers, and always really quick service. The pretzels and beer cheese are quite good as well, and everything is reasonably priced (for NOVA let’s be real)carlos is super helpful and fun, honestly, all the bartenders are incredibly kind as a general rule!!anyway come to crafthouse arlington it’s the best one (and we hope you win the contest xx)

Another downside was the price; it felt a bit steep for what you receive. I also ordered some wings to go, but they weren’t the best. The seasoning was lacking, tasting mostly burned rather than having any Cajun flavor, so I have to knock off a star for that. If I'm paying $15 for wings, I expect them to be... well, tasty. Despite the wings being inedible and ultimately tossed out, I would consider returning—just steering clear of the wings next time.
