"I've come here off and on for the last few years. It's a favorite of relatives. I get to not eat when we come. I have a food allergy and even the things that could most easily be made gluten free are not. It's no fun to sit while family gets to eat and watch them. Our server was fine and took the time to patiently explain what was and was not okay on the menu... Turns out even things that are labeled gluten friendly are not. I don't even know who to tell or who to ask to please be more thoughtful. If you're going to have bingo night, why would you seat a large group in the middle of where you're going to play bingo? Our time to talk was cut short as staff cleared the area and began setting up. A member of our party had to dodge a staff member carrying a chair (they were in their seat and had to actually dodge as the person with the chair came though). There was no thought. Dietary restrictions: This is not a good place for dietary restrictions both gluten and dairy. Stay away."

Love this place! Great food, great atmosphere and service has always been, you guess it... GREAT! LOVE they offer the shuttle to the Xcel events for only $5. We eat before an event, drive the shuttle and drop off at the front door. After that we just go to the shuttle and fall back in the restaurant. So comfortable!

We ate at the Crooked Pint Ale before going to Joe Bonamassa Saturday Night. We were very pleased with this restaurant, I had a salmon protein bowl that was very good and my husband had a French dip and fry’s and he loved it and there was plenty of food in both of our orders. The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly. Jessica F our server did an excellent job. Also, the restaurant was very clean and staffed appropriately. Have been here in the past and it was OK, but last Wednesday was a disaster. The east porch area was freezing and our waitress said the male customers liked it cool! (I was with 3 other women) It took us 20 minutes to get our drinks. It took us another 50 minutes to get our food and when my Lucy arrived it was a sloppy over-cooked mess. The waffle fries had also been over-cooked and they were as hard as a rock. I won't be back. Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure how you get in with a wheelchair as there are steps.

Really excellent food and I had really good customer service. It can be loud and busy during the peak-dinner period, so if you worry about people who come early in the happy hour, is much quieter. You seem to be good for sports masses from the chanting when real dinner started my best guess. I still don't like a complete restaurant like the previous times, so I went to Happy Hour or I can make an online order. A big cone is the stairs to get into the front door. In winter a little scary. The stairs are well held, but if someone has mobility concerns, you cannot use the front door.
