"When we finally received our order—our mistake for not checking it at the time—we assumed that food for four wouldn’t have any issues. However, once we got home, we discovered that our most expensive items were missing. The food we did receive was nearly burnt and the fries were soggy and old despite only being a three-minute drive. Once we reviewed our receipt and confirmed everything that was supposed to be included, we had to send a family member back to correct the missing items while the rest of us regretted not having the food we ordered due to its poor quality. We should have returned the food, but given the attitude of the drive-thru staff, I was reluctant to risk having our food messed with again. I'm finished with this place. The last two visits have been disappointing. Thankfully, I live in Appleton where Culver’s upholds real standards and has employees who care. I hope this restaurant improves in the future, or perhaps Ripon should consider bringing in a place that truly values serving its small-town community. It’s time to send these guys packing."
