"My experience was ok not the best. I’ve been to the other location and tho this one seem to have a better presentation the service was a mess. The waiter was new and was not knowledgeable about the menu. I had to continuously point to the menu so he knew what I was asking for. Omg we asked for to go boxes and the top did not fit. So they gave us heavy duty black tape. We did have a large party with 2 separate waitresses and it’s unfortunate our food did not come out together it was a mess. Apparently gratuity is included in the bill and I tipped them. Unfortunately for the service that was given and had I known I would have rather not tipped. It was an overall mess. I will stick to going to the holland location. I drive 2 hrs just for authentic food and was disappointed about the service. Maybe some coaching idk I just was disappointed."

Only issue i had was no parking . i had to find street parking. I think if they had the use of a lot near by they would do so much better. Drinks were delish! The food was yummy! View menu

Wonderful experience, super nice and beautiful waitress (do mot remember her name, but she had angel winds tattoo on her back) and great music. My Rican Sunset cocktail was super delicious and the food was nicely presented and loaded in flavors. Can’t wait togo back for Saturday Salsa experience.

First time visiting from the DC Metro area can’t find decent Latin food in this area and this restaurant did not disappoint. Cocktails we had were amazing, tasted great, definitely made fresh! The staff was amazing and the music was perfect! Finally felt like I found that home cooking I was looking for. Can’t wait to visit again.

I made a reservation for 6:00 pm for 7:30 pm, but when I arrived at 7:00 pm, I informed the restaurant. At 7:30 pm, I received a message saying my table would be ready by 8:30 pm. However, when I approached the counter, the person who had previously spoken to me said my table had been given away because I didn't respond to the message, even though I had proof that I had replied. Flavorful and perfectly seasoned. I don’t know anything about Puerto Rican food, but I am from latin America, and the dishes we ordered were delicious appetizer sampler, empanadas, pollo guisado and pollo Milanese. Our waitress was courteous, quick and attentive. Ambience was really nice, the only (minor) thing was that we were near the front where the glass garage doors (that were closed) could leave in a little cold air as it was windy when we went. But that’s to be expected.

Wonderful! We (mother~in~law and I) were greeted by a pleasant young lady right away and taken to our table. Our waiter was fantastic. I am ashamed I cannot recall her name. She had a lovely accent and was very attentive but not overly so. Since it is the season of Lent and a Friday, we opted for Mofongo Camarones! Delicious and extremely filling. The shrimp were seasoned perfectly and the plantain mash(mofongo) was scrumptious. We are both big fans of hot sauce, which was provided, but the dish did not need any enhancements. Can’t wait to return and try other items on the menu. Everything sounds delicious! De Rican Chef at The Beach is a must if you are at the Oceanfront!
