"Sliced brisket didn't have much flavor or moisture. That happens to brisket when it wasn't made today. The burnt ends were better but certainly could not compete in Texas. The fries were crisp. Hush puppies were spongy. . . Which makes me believe I was eating leftovers again. There are competitions for sauce alone, and the sauce here would win it's share. Nice people here, but the beef is not with it. Food: 2"
