"Won't let you use the bathroom. Which btw is a healthy code violation for a restaurant. I get they don't want their bathroom messed up, but people have intestines and bladders and food does stuff to your insides... come on.You order from a screen. Most people dislike that automated stuff. But at least there's someone behind the counter to help.Chicken in the chicken tikka masala was really dry. Generous portion of rice, not so generous on the meat/veg but not awful I guess? Nann was ok. They've got a cheap vegetarian option, but if you'd like some meat and veg, it's a lot more expensive which I wouldn't mind if the food was really good and the portions were balanced. It's not fast food so there's that. I wouldn't go back again."

Sam is the best. Love coming here for the vegan combo special (chana masala always hits) and a mango lassi

I ordered the two chicken combo with chicken tikka masala and tandoori chicken and it tasted great! The service was even better.

The food was delicious and the staff there were delightful! They have options to order off the menu or to just get a quick Combo Special. We will definitely return soon and plan to check out their Albany location as well!

I really wish I had checked out other reviews before ordering here. As soon as the server started barking orders at me to use the touch screen, I should have just walked away. I ordered the veggie momos, and for $13, I was shocked by the small portion. The taste was like something straight out of the freezer. I regret spending my money here—don't make the same mistake. You'll end up with an overpriced, tiny meal and unpleasant service. View menu

Never thought I'd run into bad Indian food in Bay Area but across the board we had a bad experience here. From a deceiving buffet sign out front, where they just offered over priced combos instead. The safe choice of chicken tikka masala had no salt , too much rice and all the sauce was poured on the rice. The jal zeera drink was basically stale pani Puri water. Chole came out cold. And of course the door was left open the whole time while it was 50 degrees outside. The restroom was out of order. Do not recommend.

The service could have been better. When we arrived, the staff member at the entrance seemed uninterested in assisting us with their digital system, leaving us to struggle on our own until we asked for help. However, the food was quite enjoyable. I ordered garlic naan along with veggie and ground chicken samosas, while my sister opted for chicken tikka masala with rice. The flavors were excellent. The atmosphere was charming, reminiscent of a cozy family-run place. Aside from the initial interaction, we had no complaints. If it were possible, I would give them 3.5 stars.

The Indian food here is decent, and the prices are reasonable for the location. However, the customer service could use some improvement; the staff doesn't seem particularly enthusiastic about their work. Additionally, they served microwaved Chai instead of freshly brewed, which is frustrating—why pay for something I can make at home for much less? While the combo meals are fairly priced, if you're in search of an authentic sit-down experience for Indian or Nepalese cuisine, I recommend checking out Momo Masalas on Northside or Momo House on Bancroft Ave. This place is fine for a quick grab-and-go meal, but if you're seeking fresh food and a pleasant atmosphere, you might want to look elsewh... terrible experience! I was attracted by the buffets advertisements outdoor. And when I get in, they let me order the meal I want and require me to add every opinion like naans and lassi! Even I said no drinks, they still let me ordered the drink. After all, I only want an eight dollars buffet but spend 26 dollars!Besides, the meal tastes bad, like there are no salt inside the dish. And it just poured on the rice without ask. I didn't know there will be rice at all and he let me order naan! The screen didn't show the price and you don't know every choice that he let you do are not included in the combo price, which really annoyed me.Bad experience, bad taste, bad environment!
