"We decided to try some German cuisine for a change, braving a 3-block walk in 20-degree weather to get to the restaurant. Upon arrival, we had to climb several sets of stairs to reach our table. We were seated promptly, but were surprised to be placed in the chilly enclosed patio instead of the main dining area, which appeared to have available space. Our waiter provided excellent service, offering detailed explanations of the menu. We ordered a large pretzel and a breaded pork filet, which was cooked perfectly. For dessert, we enjoyed German chocolate cake. Overall, our experience was decent, with the waiter doing his best despite being stretched thin between running the bar and attending to tables."

The beer was absolutely wonderful. Excellent selection. The food underwhelming. Ordered the Bratwurst for $12 and was given half a brat and bun. Service was neglectful and rude. View menu

Good atmosphere, with a patio area and indoor sitting, very friendly staff! Tasty food, I did a good selection for a dinner with a touch, i went there around 3:30pm and not a problem finding a table, I would say !

Best German food in town. I felt like some potato pancakes and ordered these with the smoke salmon and horseradish dill cream sauce. Washed it down with a grapefruit raddler. Also a big fan of the Spaten Marzen beer.

The food was okay, definitely needed to be more seasoned. Portions were small. We left hungry. There is no kids menu. But the service was top notch. From the hostess to our waitress, we were well taken care of.Kid-friendliness: There is no kid menu. View menu

This was my 3rd visit, 2 last year 1 yesterday. I visit Atlanta to see my daughter. This establishment is amazing. The servers are so friendly and so great. Our server TL, remembered us from last year and what we ordered. The food is terrific German food and the beer is also very good. I plan to visit again next year and will definitely make a dinner stop here.Parking: You can park across the street and the restaurant validates. Win win

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was extremely impressed. The food was delicious, and we were seated at a cozy table in the corner with exceptional service. We decided to try the platter with all the entrees since we were unsure of what to order, and it did not disappoint. Despite the platter being intended for 6 people, there were only 4 of us dining and we ended up taking home 4 full meals. The beer selection was also fantastic. Parking was easy with a garage located directly across the street. If you enjoy German cuisine and beer, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
