Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Drink station was dirty and the barbecue sauce containers were crusty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Service was ok and they were not very personable.

This restaurant is deceiving in its appearance - like a Wolf in Sheep's clothing. Although I prefer not to be too critical, a photo would best convey my experience and leave the rest to your imagination.

In the dashing contract, dashers are not allowed to prepare food. that includes drinks. Manager/Owner refused to make the drink for my order and told me to leave his store. They are under investigation for health and safety issues. View menu

We thought we would try this place Saturday in Perrysburg Ohio. We were told the 3 meat platter would be more then enough for 2. It was very pricey for what we got… it was only enough for 1 person…Also seen the employees eating from the place orders are taken. We definitely won’t be back.

No sausage of any kind. I was told they run out all the time. And if I want I would have to come in the morning. Who buys dinner in the morning? The proper response is we will let our manager know that we run out. You sell by the pound. But have no sausage! Horrible feeling. Probably won 't recommend or go back.

A dieter's best friend! The portion to price ratio is sad. The presentation is blah. The sweet bbq sauce is more like brown sugar water. Pulled pork was dry. Side order of mac-n-cheese hopefully contains real gold at a price that works out to $1/ounce. And when ordering carryout they always leave out an item or two of your order knowing you most likely not find out till you're already home and just too tired to go back. View menu

I would give this restaurant less than one star if possible. The owner shows no regard for quality cuisine or service, refusing to honor any coupons or discounts and not bothering to respond to customer feedback. This establishment exemplifies how someone can tarnish the reputation of a once-good company. I used to enjoy eating at Dickeys BBQ on a weekly basis, but since moving, the only location near me is managed by this unpleasant individual. Despite multiple attempts, I have never been satisfied with the food or service at this restaurant. Avoid ordering from this location at all costs.

Employees were on their phones when I came in. That's fine but put it down and talk to me when I come to the counter. Ordered 3 meat plate. Got one piece of brisket, 2 ribs, 4 slices of sausage. VERY small portion for the price. Came with 2 small sides. Got baked beans and Mac n cheese. Brisket was very dry and bland. 2 ribs had no flavor and they didn't take the membrane off before they cooked it. Peeled off the membrane and drowned them in sauce. The sausage wasn't terrible but it was average. The mac n cheese was bland. Something I'd expect from kfc. The baked beans were decent. I wouldn't go back

1st and last time customer,I wasn't expecting much from the small BBQ outlet in Perrysburg, but what an utter disappointment in quality, quantity, and service.To start, opening and separating the food between me and my partner we notice missing items, forgetting a sauce and a whole piece of my entree, but no big deal mistakes happen. As we start to enjoy the food that was available to us, it was lest to be desired. Portions wildly small, (do not get the brisket, you will get 2 small cubes) Fries were very soggy and oily, tasteless brisket, and green beans we couldn't finish being too grotesque.
