"Ordered online got confirmation of pickup time. It was 22 minutes from when we ordered. We arrived a couple of minutes early and there was a handful of people in line. My husband was inside for about 10 minutes finally came out told me he was told there was nothing under my name. I went inside with the email confirmation to show and the lady just asked my name and what I ordered, well low behold they magically found the order like nothing ever was wrong. I finally got my order 15 minutes past promised time. So ordering ahead and giving them 37 minutes wasn’t enough I guess. I went out my husband asked me if I gave them the order and I said Nope just told them my name. He look dumbfounded and said I told her your name 4 times! Anyways, we should have accepted the divine intervention that almost happened because the food was horrible, I got brisket pork ribs and it was all dry and old tasting. My husband got chicken breast and sausage. The sausage was OK but that chicken breast was a joke. Little chicken slices. When you order chicken breast, you expect the chicken breast like in the picture. We didn’t eat the beans, they were way too sweet but the potato salad was alright. Anyways, we will never be back to this sad excuse for a fast food BBQ joint."

Employees were just this side of rude, couldn't smile if lives depended on it and acted like they wanted you to leave asap. The pork was dry and chewy like it had been sitting around all day. Kielbasa ok. Brisket mostly fat. Green beans had too much pepper to be edible. Coleslaw and potato casserole were pretty good. Bbq sauce was good. Portion sizes way too small for what you pay. Oh and you only get 1 rib if that's what you order for $18. Was hoping for better all around.

Very disappointing. **Pulled Pork:** It was similar to the brisket — bland and tasted like it had simply been baked in the oven with some salt and pepper sprinkled on afterward.
