"Awful. I’ve never left a bad yelp review. I do Grubhub on the side and it’s not great money just making extra cash to pay the bills. I arrived they told me I was at the wrong place the cashier literally didn’t know the address that was right in front of her face. I politely pointed out it was indeed the right address, she said they didn’t have the order. I told her I’d try to straighten it out with Grubhub, Grubhub called to make the order personally and they literally stared at me. I informed them it’s Grubhub and I’m willing to wait, they continued to rudely stare. Then the manager rudely asked me to leave. We ordered regular coffee, croissants, and a donut. The only thing that was good was the donut, and that is the only thing they should focus on, as they did originally. The coffee tasted like water with a hint of coffee flavor, and the croissant was not at all like a traditional croissant, but rather a dry, oddly flavored bread. We will only be purchasing donuts from Dunkin' Donuts in the future.

This restaurant is run by profit-seekers. It's the only Dunkin' Donuts I know that charges extra for not having ice in your drink. When I order an iced coffee for later in the day, the ice melts completely, leaving me with a watered-down drink. It's currently winter, so I don't want a cup of ice topped with their watered-down coffee. It seems like they use less coffee grounds to save money. And don't even get me started on the old donuts. Look for a new coffee shop, there are plenty around.
