"This is one of my favorite dining spots. Ignore the negative reviews! As soon as you step inside, the wonderful aroma of the food hits you. I have been visiting this restaurant for around five years, and it's only a 15-minute drive from my house, which is definitely worth it! I find myself coming here about 2 to 4 times a week—I just can't resist! Everything is incredible, from their Sancocho to the pernil and carne guisada. It's all absolutely delicious!"

The juice was completely melted in the bag, the soup was the same, and I ordered a cheese pastelito but received a steak one instead. View menu

This restaurant has been in the same location since I was a child. The Spanish food is always excellent. They consistently offer a variety of hot dishes prepared for the day, including rice, beans, and chicken.

My favorite Spanish restaurant in my neighborhood. The food is always fresh and delicious. They always have the eggplant stew that I like with rice and beans. The owner is cool. They have live music on certain days and they always have the games on the tvs. If your in area, stop in and grab a plate.

Definitely not worth the money. You're better off going to El Rey up the block. Your customers shouldn't feel ripped off. You call ahead to reduce the wait time, get there and still wait 30 mins for mediocre food. Plus the amount they charge, compared to the portion, it doesn't add up. Avoid going here View menu

This is a quaint spot to go to on friday nights. With live music and delicious mixed drinks such as coconut mojitos and martinis. The food is fresh and you can't go wrong with the shrimp mofongos.. I've had fried pork chops, and pernil and the meat is so juicy. One of my top 5 places to go to in brooklyn.

Only three stars?? Nah. Not a chance. The food was exceptional. Fresh and delicious. The lunch special is the way to go. The plantain is a must. I had the baked chicken with arroz Amarillo, and the habichuelas. I'll be back when I'm in this part of town again, and try something else. I'll post about it when I do. Until then, give it a try. They do delivery as well. Very good food.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
