"Ok, El Pipil Restaurant (pronounced Pee-Peel (I know, funny, right!? I bet you will always remember it that way...lol anyways, it is not visible from the main road but if you are near Lowe 's Dover search latino food and it should pop out on the first 5 searches. The food was very good as it looks in the pictures, lots of flavors and spicy if you wanted it spicy. Since we went late at night there was almost no wait time. The tables are lovely decorated with beautiful carvings resembling typical scenarios of latin culture and don Freddy is wonderful host (as long as he is not busy : but he 'll always try to please you"

Fajitas and enchiladas are good. The place was clean but they seem understaffed. They stay busy because of the good food.

Excellent food and love the environment. My family lives right on the street and I don't know how I drove past for so many years without stopping. It's a weekly visit to my friend and I.

Nice little place, food was excellent, decor was beautiful. Would definitely recommend. The food was fresh and authentic. Not very busy, but should have been reasonable. The staff was nice and funny View menu

Excellent steak and Lengua Tacos. The Popusa is a hit or miss. Sometimes they tend to be good, but other times they can get dry or bland so that this is the reason. But unlike that, the tacos are great and some other dishes are also quite good.

This has been a go-to place for my family for a few years now. We tend to order different things on the menu each time we go and every time we are thoroughly pleased. Whether it's the burrito, enchilada, pupusa, or the breakfast offerings you can expect an excellent meal. We go in often enough that the staff recognize us and have a general idea of what we're likely to order for the night for drinks and food. With family living only a couple blocks behind this restaurant it is a shame that we did not discover this place any sooner than we did.

"I think I am finally done with this place. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. We have always had a fair sized order $100 $300) and we 've always tipped at least 20% and often more. Especially since Covid arrived, we have been ordering topick up instead of dining in. We used to order with Tony and he would graciously fulfill our requests for mango milkshakes instead of lassies and extra red, green, and brown dipping sauce . Tonight, however, I called in for our slightly smaller orderand the man taking my order was abrupt and talked over me, missed items I ordered even after I repeated when he talked over me,and insisted he knew what I was requesting when I asked for mango drinks with just milk instead of the lassies we ended up withlassies). The order was just under $90 due to the mistakes it should have been a little more) and I tipped $20 not morebecause he was rude on the phone). Now to the food: we all ordered and received) lamb korma, plus 2 orders of vegetable pecora, spicy garlic naan, and the mango drinks. We had requested spicy korma and there wasn 't even a hint of heat in any of ours, thelamb had a toothpaste texture from cooking too long, the pecora was very dry and some of them were burned, and of course, we hadyogurt drinks that we wouldn 't have ordered if we knew they wouldn 't make them without yogurt. The pecora came with about 10 ml 2 teaspoons) of each of red and green sauce nowhere near enough for the amount of pecora, especially with how dry it was. Myone concession is that we ordered at about 715 pm and they are posted to close at 930pm, but if you can 't manage to preparedishes until then, maybe you shouldn 't stay open till then. I 'm incredibly disappointed because we really liked that food, but, there are recipes online and other restaurants, so."
