El Pollo Loco - Menu

I went there with family. Even thought, I don't eat meat I still think is a very good atmosphere. You can see chicken on the grill. The Hispanic people are very patient and ready to serve.

Great place, the food is always served fresh and hot. One of my favorites. I don?t usually like buying chicken from fast food joints but theirs taste authentic and that?s what makes me go back pretty often. Lol

This is the best El Pollo around. Fresh chicken and sides. Always been a great restaurant. Been going for about 20 years here and can't go wrong. Tried the other one down in Roseville and always a disappointment. Worth the drive . View menu

Their family meals are fantastic! If you don't feel like cooking for your loved ones, I highly recommend ordering a family meal that comes with sides, tortillas, and salsas. Your family will definitely enjoy this delicious chicken!

What can I say I love their chicken and I feel healthy when I eat it. I also like their tortilla soup. It's filled with lots of chicken and had a wonderful home cooked flavor. Great if you are sick. Employees are very courteous and friendly. They doneed to fix their speakers in the drive through though.

The Double Chicken Avocado Salad was really good. Unfortunately, the 3-piece Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal was missing the tortillas and only came with two pieces of chicken. We also didn’t receive the salsa for our chips. I usually don’t have problems with this restaurant, but today, they only deserve two stars. View menu

Additionally, when it comes time to pay after ordering at the counter, there’s no annoying card reader prompting for tips before you’ve even received your food—what a refreshing change! El Pollo Loco has truly nailed it, and I’m definitely going back. Other fast-casual restaurants could take a few notes from El Pollo Loco, especially regarding tipping practices.

Too salty. the pico was so salty it destroyed the entire bowl. You can 't un-salt anything. The fresh mashed potatoes were instant. Also too salty. The potatoes were the same texture as the Styrofoam container they were served in. Don 't say fresh if it 's flakes. Not the same quality as once was. The food looks exactly like pictured, but the taste was liquid smoke and salt. Maybe it was just that batch of birds., my feet are puffy from the sodium. Nope

Visited this evening in drive thru. Asked a few questions about the menu and the order taker had no knowledge, did not repeat the order, pulled forward and paid. Once given my food it was incomplete asked for the rest of the order and the girl at thewindow was very rude and confrontational. Said I did not order the rest of my food, pointed at their screen and stated it wasn'tordered instead of apologizing for the mix up. Had her mask pulled down smirking and more concerned with the conversation andplaying around with another employee. Very unprofessional! View menu
