"I was very excited to try this restaurant and was relieved that we had reservations. However, they seemed overwhelmed. My husband and I ordered from the special restaurant week menu, but were both disappointed. His sous vide pork chop was overcooked and tough, while my fish was underwhelming compared to what I had at TAG restaurant. The cocktails were delicious, and my son's short rib dish was very good. The other dishes we ordered were average. The prices were high, which would have been fine if the food was exceptional, but it wasn't. The restaurant was very busy and understaffed, resulting in a long wait, although it didn't bother us that night. The noise level was also very high, making it hard to hear my kids across the table. The high booths were uncomfortable for someone short like me at 5'2, as my feet didn't touch the ground. The table was also a tight fit for my husband. Would I go back? Possibly. I typically give restaurants three chances."

Excellent food and service. A little noisy due to the open floor concept, but fun. View menu

Mistakenly went during Restaurant Week so the menu was truncated. Good options though, service was attentive, bar was super backed up but completely understand. The grilled cheese was a bit dry and the fries super salty, but the flavors were there. Been here for HH as well which is fun and a decent deal, esp for bevvies. Will definitely go again to experience the full menu, and when it's warmer the patio seems stellar. View menu

We got in the restaurant and expected American food based off Open Table recommendation and this menu seemed a little different. We ordered an appetizer of the bologna sliders and it was underwhelming burnt Canadian bacon on pHawaiian sweet rolls and a ruffles chip. I did order a cocktail, I can’t remember the name, and it was really good. We ended up leaving after getting those though because of server wasn’t welcoming and was kind of rude. Didn’t welcome us, tell us his name, say more than 2 syllables or anything that’s normal when going out to dine.

Went there for Father’s Day, unfortunately for a Troy Gaurd restaurant I was expecting it to be out of this world but it wasn’t. We waited 20 min for my 2 little kids to get orange juices, after asking 2 times. My son got 1 waffle, for 7 dollars with no sides that came with it which I thought was a little much considering there were other items offered for kids on the menu for the same price that had multiple items to choose from…just doesn’t make sense to charge that much for a kids waffle. My husband did love his meal and mine was average. We love the other TAG restaurants but this one just didn’t live up to the name.

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"

"In a relatively unassuming location north of City Park lies a cute conglomerate of businesses, one of which being Rivers Roads. On nice days, it 's exceptionally setup for indoor/outdoor space. But even on cold days, it 's nice to cozy up with a cup of coffee and soak in the sun flooding the space through the south-facing glass garage doors. The coffee is great! I got my usual cortado, which was served in a small paper cup and featured no latte art , which was unfortunate. But that 's where the disappointment ended, as the flavors were excellent and it was well-balanced between milk and espresso. The space itself is quite spacious even inside, with plenty of plants and unique lighting fixtures. There 's ample cafe-style seating. It 's a great place to stay and work awhile or meet friends for conversations. Music isn 't overpowering, and WiFi is half decent. Not exceptional speeds but 25 up/down is adequate for many basic things. Plenty for me to finish the series finale of See in 4K while sipping my cortado! The staff are always pleasant and I would say more attentive than average, making you feel welcomed immediately. It 's not exactly in my neighborhood, but it 's still a regular spot for me. Seasonal drinks are good and most syrups are made in-house. Food is great. Outdoor patio is spacious and dog-friendly. There 's simply not many downsides, if any. Aside from there not being an actual river."
