I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. While the service was good, the food was absolutely terrible.

Service wasslow. Had to keep asking for water refill. Had to track down the meat. I will avoid it next time.

Early in the dinner , I requested the manager and explained my dissapointment with my dinner. He was very apologetic and comped our meal. We left and had a great steak 50 yards away at Ray's

Never, ever choose this restaurant! Without a doubt the worse Brazilian steakhouse I have experienced, and I have been to many. The meats were all ill prepared, mostly over cooked, extremely dry and tough, and tasteless. Chewing was a waste of time and effort. The salad bar was okay, but the family style sides were lousy. This restaurant had bad food, bad service and was over priced.

The initial service was awful, the food being brought around was cold then it got better, however a large group came in and the service disappeared. The salad bar was nice. The only thing that was right about that dinner was talking to the manager and then telling us we could leave and not be charged. This was a shame as we had our sons there for the golf tournament, wanting to enjoy a nice meal. View menu

Not up to the standards that I expected. I have dined at Brazilian restaurants before and this one does not compare. Most of the meat was well done, even the one piece of filet that was offered. The service was not good. We had to ask our waitress, who walked right by our table two or three times, for more water. Then she filled my wife's glass and started to walk away even though mine was empty. Then I had to hand her my dirty plate to get it removed. Not worth the money we spent.

We had dinner at the restaurant on Thanksgiving, having made a reservation for 6 PM, and arrived a few minutes early. We were seated immediately, which was great! However, since the last seating was at 6:30 PM, we were concerned. When we arrived, the buffet was already quite empty, and even though we were not the last guests, nothing was replenished. The buffet was very disappointing. The cost for an adult was nearly $45, and for a child, it was half that price. Overall, it felt overpriced. Perhaps the buffet was depleted because it was Thanksgiving evening, but we still paid full price, and the offerings and the quality of the meat were lacking. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to Fire...

We eat here reasonably frequently. When we arrived at 7:30, we were the third table in the entire place. I figured this would mean we would get attentive service. Not the case. Because the restaurant was so slow, the food was not as hot or frequent as past times. Our waitress, India, was missing most the entire night. Several other folks kept refilling our drinks etc... The food was either very underdone, or overdone (we like medium rare meat). I put it down to the restaurant being so empty the meat didn't rotate as often as usual and as such just wasn't as good. Refills on our drinks required us to request them. For the $40+ price rage per person, Fogo De Chao is a much better option. Next... View menu
