"The service truly makes a difference. I wasn't initially planning to leave a review, but our server Justin completely changed my mind. We were incredibly well taken care of, and his suggestions were spot on. We started with an original pizza, a chicken parmesan that could easily serve two, and a wood-fired lasagna. Justin recommended adding a bun to the lasagna, saying it was unlike anything I had ever tasted—and he was absolutely right! It was a game changer. The bun was delightful on its own, but even better when paired with the lasagna. Everything was delicious, especially the fresh salads. We tried three different kinds, and all of them were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to ask for anything; we were treated like royalty! We will definitely be back!"

We were a group of seven. The food was fantastic, especially the deserts! Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the atmosphere. The service could not have been better.

Be prepared to wait. Had reservation and were seated 40 minutes after reservation. Has happened the couple of times we have been. Pizza was good, although margarita pizza had no sauce. BBQ pizza was pretty good.

I would have to make a fair assessment again. we stopped on a Friday night, not knowing there was a comedy concert in the city. we have told us a 30-35-minute waiting time waiting for 75 minutes. many people came in well after us and were immediately sat. in the written and were told 4 before, then 3 but many groups went in between. sat on the line and realized that it was time and timetable one for 7:15 clock. we were sitting close to it. I have dined here on several occasions and for the most part was usually satisfied. The last visit wasn’t ideal and so I hadn’t returned in over 2 years. This time the wait was 25 minutes after our reservation. The silverware is rolled at the greeting stand so quests can stand over it and breathe their germs on it..... yuck.....air conditioner was broken so it was uncomfortable. The waiter acted like he was miserable and never smiled or greeted us with a welcoming attitude. It may be another 2 years or longer before I return.

we have made our reservations 2 days before. our friends drove out of the Pensacola area to meet us after we started working. we arrived about 15 minutes early and checked with the hostess to inform them our reservation information and that we arrived (we were completely ready to wait until our reservation time was to sit). but fire stone would not honor our reservations! first that was extremely disappointing and crazy, but it turned out to be blessed. we went to another restaurant (from a nice lady who overheard us discussing the situation), which was not only a short waiting period of about 10 minutes, but the atmosphere was wonderful and the eating was great. we ended with a great evenin...
