"this bar is dope! pool table (takes quarters), self serve water, nice patio, good vibes from the people, cash discount. big food menu and kitchen open late! food review (dietary reatrictions: lactose/gluten) good enough burger/fries (wish they had gluten free buns, did lettuce wrap). fries were unbreaded and solid, burger was good, the other things my friends got smelled like great food (not a ton of good lactose/gluten free choices, though). will definitely come back!"

One of my all-time favorite bars. The food is amazing, and they have an excellent selection of beers. The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back.

This classic Chicago shotgun bar offers exceptional service. They have a fantastic beer selection, and the food is quite tasty—especially the amazing onion rings!

The staff is enjoyable and lively! The music is great, and there's a fantastic selection of craft beers! I haven't had a chance to try the food yet. Overall service rating: 4/5. View menu

Local dive bar with surprisingly extensive menu. Great beers on draft with very “cheers” like staff (they didn’t know my name but I felt like they did? . Had the veggie burger and it was pretty mushy

It's a great place to get work done and grab lunch! It's a neighborhood bar, through and through--with welcoming staff, TVs, a pool table, and old wood paneling. It's a perfect spot to make home during the cozy tavern season.

Came here for the meat loaf, who does that?! It was better than advertised! My fiancé and I were sold on this place as soon as we walked in the door. Reminded us of a small, Wisconsin locals bar. Service, drinks, and the food were all excellent. Will definitely be returning here often. View menu

I've rated this place before, but I really wanted to let people know that this place is still open during the pandemic and still slinging absolutely FANTASTIC food. Window on Wolcott is open for takeout, and they do deliver. I also do believe they sell beer booze to go. Please go support your local restaurants!

Not only does four moon have great music, heavy pours, the cutest patio, and a great beer selection- the people there are the best part. Robbie (one of the owners) is the sweetest person ever and makes everyone feel at home. As a woman, it feels safe to go there and have a drink alone and socialize. This place feels like home and if you’ve just moved here; this is the spot to go to.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
