"Just went in to pay for my order that costed 35$ before tax. I put it in for carry out online but I was met with an associate at the counter who said he could not accept my form of payment. I had 100$ bill that is a valid form of currency, they didn’t have any policy postage stating that any bills over a certain amount would not be accepted at this location. They refused my cash and canceled my order due to me telling them I couldn’t go break it that if I left to I wasn’t coming back in to waste more money on gas. Poor service, manager/Melanie (didn’t have a name tag, I had to ask for her name) got upset when I asked her why it wasn’t possible to pay with cash that’s accepted on the door. Also she did state that she normally does accept cash if she has change for it. In doing this singling me out by not getting the change for my form of payment seeing as she’s the manger that was able to do so, thus also refused service to me. All over me carrying cash."

This was our first time ordering from this location and it will be the last. It was pretty bad. The wings hardly had any sauce. The pepperoni melt thing hardly had anything filling it. The meat lovers pizza was 1/2 way cooked. Super disappointed! View menu

I ordered 3 melts Buffalo ckn, pepperoni, and ckn bacon ranch. They were all horrible. I didn't find any bacon in 1. Just chunks of bacon fat and very lil ckn They were all very hard and dry. Very disappointed and I wasted my money on some slapped together garbage

We recently tried Pizza Hut for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the location in Angier, NC. They called us to ask if we wanted to choose a different sauce for our wings since they were out of the one we originally ordered. It may not seem like a big deal, but I really appreciated it. I know that the other pizza chain we've used for years would have just added a different sauce without asking.

I ordered the pizza hut melts and chicken wings during my visits to Pizza Hut and was very dissatisfied with these 2 items. The size of the melts were loaded with sprinkled Parmesan cheese and very little in size and amount of pepperoni. The wings that were ordered were suppose to be garlic Parm and again very disappointed with them. Parking: NO problem with parking, the store is not set up to dine in, so parking was good, View menu

I called and explained that my pizza was not cooked all the way and falling apart. I also let them know that there was barely any cheese and way too much sauce. The woman on the phone stated she would send another one…. But it would probably be the same because the cheese just looks like that with the white sauce.I had a really good one with the same toppings last week….. so disappointed. You never know if you will get a good pizza or not. No consistency

I encountered a bit of difficulty with the online ordering, but that was my fault. I'm not very tech-savvy and had never ordered online before. With my granddaughter's help, I finally figured it out and placed my pizza order. They said it would be delivered in 30 minutes, and I was genuinely impressed when it arrived right on time! The pizzas were piping hot, as were the Cinnabons! Everything was delicious, and we truly enjoyed our meal. Now that I know how to order, we'll definitely do it again. Thank you! The delivery driver was also very friendly.
