"Very small BBQ restaurant, but HUGE FLAVORS!!! Their meats are beautifully smoked to perfection. Open Sundays 11am to 3pm. We arrived at 1pm and the turkey breast was already sold out. We tried their chicken instead (it was a tiny bit spicy)...WOW!! Their brisket was also AMAZING! If you upgrade for $3.50 you get a meal in a basket : your Protein, 1 side (all very good), a perfect slice of Texas toast, and your refillable drink. Bathroom was spotless. Employees were constantly cleaning off tables."

The brisket is by far the best I've had in North Carolina. It has perfect smoke flavor without being overpowering, and it's very moist. They have mild, hot, and a pepper sauce, but the brisket doesn't need any of them. The sliced brisket sandwich is my favorite, and they also have burnt ends on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
