"I've been visiting this place for my weekly lunch for the past year, but over the last two weeks, they've messed up my orders. In the first photo from August 2nd, they forgot to include my avocado, even though I pay extra for it, and my burrito was filled with more rice than usual. The second photo, which is from today, shows that they forgot the avocado again. I also requested extra salsa, but there was hardly any or none at all—just rice and beans. The light poblano, however, was good. They know me well since I always order the same vegetarian dish. I just wish they would take their time when preparing my order. I think the person making it may have changed. I did call to inform them about the issues, and they apologized, as they are nice people. I really hope they don't mess it up again."

"I had the best experience at Bungalow. It started off a bit rough with an entitled person ahead of me, but Katie turned things around. She saw that I was uncomfortable and stepped in to provide top-notch service for me and my partner. Our waiter was excellent, the food was delicious, and my drink was perfect. The Bungalow is a fantastic restaurant where patrons are treated with exceptional customer service and not just seen as a dollar sign. I give Bungalow a rating of 1000+ out of 10."

"I visited this restaurant with my niece, who is a surfer and lives in Rockaway Beach. I probably wouldn't have discovered it on my own, but I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere was friendly and cozy, with long tables and benches equipped with gas heaters. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and reasonably priced chorizo udon noodles. Hearing Spanish spoken around me made me feel right at home, as I also live in Spain. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Always come here to eat. Food is good and service isn't bad. Tonight has to be the worst experience I have had any restaurant. They said they are understaffed and can only seat outside. Bit chilly for my baby, but ok. Ordered 4 meals, 1 appetizer, 2 glasses of wine, 1 beer and a pineapple juice. Got water, wings, food came. Order was wrong. Took it back to bring the correct 1 order. We all just finished eating water is done and none of our drinks ever came. Don't visit here and waste money until they can provide service you are paying for"

"This place charges you for a booze fee, after they tell you, you have to go around the corner to a deli to get your own drinks. Charges you a fee for live music, that wasn’t started when we arrived, or told we would have to pay a cover charge for music. We ordered our food, told we had to order all together but our food came out completely separated. One person ordered a buger and had to eat it alone. Another with pasta ate alone. We waited over an hour for our pizza to come out, wasn’t even a real margarita pizza. We’re told we had to pay for a correct amount of cheese. When we asked to speak to a manger or owner, the owner came out drunk and told us we could pay and leave. This is absolutely ridiculous when we tried to calmly talk to someone. We should have been made aware of these fees when we walked through the door and started our dining experience, not at the time of our bill, and then met with hostility from the owner. As people who work in the industry as owners, workers, and guests to many establishments, this is the worst service I have ever experienced. We calmly asked to talk about our bill and told to just pay and get out. Do not come to this rude establishment."
