"I must say that it was my first time at the Ruby Tuesday in Bartow FL. From the time we walk in and got seated to the time we left the service we received was excellent. The Manager was so nice and so sweet she made us feel like we was family. The excellent service continued as are waitress Cassidy was awesome. I watched her give the same service to her other guest and I got to say she was on top of things. The food was excellent the cooks did a awesome job we were very pleased. It is hard to find a restaurant that provides good food great service and a clean dining area. Also the price was very affordable. There was 3 of us and we all had decent size helpings of food and a awesome salad bar. I got to give 5 stars to Ruby Tuesday in Bartow FL. Thank you!"

"All I can say is that I’m stuffed. I was surprised at the taste of the black beans and rice. I was scared to get them at first but when I tasted them, OMG!! The flavor awakened my pallets with flavor. Service was great and the music was peaceful. A lot of food for the little bit of money. The pic is of the food that I’m taking home. I’m stuffed"

"I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the service during my visit today. The hostess attempted to skip my party and let others in front of us, despite having written down my name and the size of our group. As for the food, it was decent—not bad, but nothing extraordinary. My main concern, however, was the air quality; we were seated right under a dirty vent. Is that mold, or has the filter just not been changed? Additionally, there's no reason to take people's reservation information if you're just going to skip them anyway. Overall, I expected much better service."

"We had Palace Pizza for home but never went inside, I must say area is kind and beautiful to walk, it is easy to park, the building reminds me of home- it has such a nostalgic feel to it.. if you know you know- now I know where to go for our pizza, we are from CT and it is HARD to find a good pizza, this met all of our expectations!!! We love your staff so kind warm and welcoming! Thank you Muchas Gracias por todo!"
