Excellent cocktail bar, which I regularly frequent, located in the heart of Trastevere, where you can have both an aperitif and after dinner. The only negative note was the new staff requested by us several times and ultimately reprimanded by a waiter who asserted that they could NOT serve us at the table (among other things, we were at the tables inside! . Ordered a strawberry daiquiri and got a drink completely without ice which can be optional, but not at all the quality I would expect. The aperitivo concept is great (2€ per person on top of the drink) but the only thing that was actually good was the pasta with pesto and one of the cous cous dishes. Seating inside is not very comfortable. Music is loud so unless you're outside, you can't hear a word. I get the vibe, but my experience wasn't pleasant. View menu

Surreal experience. Takeaway cocktail recommended by the house, paid €12, excluding food €2 to pay, and it was aperitif time). The drink was already premixed in a labeled glass bottle: poured into the glass after an inexplicable passage in a shaker, without being shaken. But not even mixed, shaken, nothing. This simple operation required a good ten minutes of waiting, during which I was able to ascertain the existence of other premixed cocktails and an incredible Moscow Mule on tap. Result: a plastic cup, a popsicle, a basil leaf and two fingers of a rather mediocre drink. Shocked.

Gotta say this is the best bar I've been to in Rome. Mostly because the drinks are INCREDIBLE. I recommend ordering from their custom drink menu (which seems to change themes once in a while) I probably had about 6 of the Mexican Manhattans. They also offer a buffet for 2€ per person, which was a mix of cold salads: farro/feta, couscous, basmati, hummus, and some amazing fresh bruschetta, to name a few. It's just enough food to keep you drinking there, but doesn't fill you up so much that you skip dinner. Servers are all very friendly. Ah Freni e Frizioni, the famed cocktail establishment with an impressive aperitivo spread. You've heard about it from every travel influencer out there and even if you haven't, you would very likely stumble onto it when strolling around Trastevere at aperitivo'clock.
