"The food is average and inconsistent. The cocktails are good, but the wine list is minimal for a place trying to be fine dining . The outside seating is some of the prettiest in town, and would be enough to try again (although I have tried about 6 times now). The servers all seem tense, and after seeing the owner berate an employee I get it. We made some suggestions about the food and he (the owner) became defensive and suggested we had not eaten out much. The whole place left me with that feeling one might get after their parents have a huge fight and the tension left behind is palpable."

Went for happy hour while in town for work. Restaurant was a little quiet…Had a great smoked old fashioned with Whistlepig and played a fun game of Singo…where I tied in the last game! It was a good time.

Food and service were excellent! We sat outside and ate. Wonderful place! This was my first visit, and I can't wait to go back! I had salmon tacos, and another had this sea food pasta dish. It was very popular as I noticed people at another table had it too. Everything was delicious!!!!

We be there around 10 minute in the in front the hostess area waiting to be noticed for any person and the only ones who see us was a waitress to say seat whatever you want and only have one menu in the table for two person and not a liquor menu we decided to leave the place just for the BAD SERVICE !!! Food was ok. Server was good. Unfortunately, it's not the best overall experience. They were clearly not staffed well for Father's day. We had reservations at 1. Food did not arrive until after 3pm and it was 2 dishes at a time. So some had food and others waited 15mins or more. I would expect something like this from a new business. I felt bad for the staff. Management/owner should plan better for both his customers and employees.

On Friday a group of us went to this place for the very first time. Our waitress was great. The food wss not what we expected especially considering the extremely high prices. But most importantly we waited over an hour for our food after we ordered. It was not that busy when we were there for such a lengthy wait. Needless to say this was our first and our last to patronize Fusion. Very highly disappointed as we had heard it was good.
