"I'm irritated that I ordered shrimp scampi that was around $20+ and made it home and there was only unseasoned spaghetti noodles. I immediately called (just 15 mins before they closed) this location and the guy who answered the phone said he saw the rest of my order still there and was sorry he forgot to put it in my bag. He told me that he would credit my phone number for the food I purchased for a future order. I waited about a month or so later to order with them again. Explained to the same mgr that was there the night of my original order, my expectations of a $20+ credit. She tells me she can only credit me $8 because I received the unseasoned spaghetti. Ma'am the most expensive part of my meal was missing. This is backward. THE SHRIMP SCAMPI!! She refused to give me the credit. Needless to say I left with nothing at all...not even the $8 because they wanted to force me to spend it in more food. With this service or lack there of, I didn't want their food and they will NEVER see another dime of mine. If I could them 0 stars, I would.
