"I ordered a vegan cheese pizza with mushrooms last night. They were very busy and I was a little worried about the wait but the very friendly young man said 20 minutes. It was ready when I came back but he hadn't heard me say vegan cheese (I'm sure that I was being too quiet for the amount that was going on at the time). He personally threw one in the oven quickly and I was out in less than ten minutes. It was delicious. I hope the owner does everything he can to keep the current staff. They are way faster and friendlier. I very much appreciate that they carry vegan cheese, not only because it's a rare option in this area but because Giant's has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Vegetarian options: They have vegan cheese!"

There is so much I would love to say about this place but as like your employees, I’m not going to put in that much effort. Your food was terrible over priced unfriendly staff waste of my money don’t ever go back.

I also work here.and I recommend trying the wings with the bourbon and teriyaki mixed together. Add some pineapples to it . Finger licking good. Got a BBQ bacon burger on 4/19/2023 added banana peppers to it. Omg finger licking good best BBQ in town. Shout out the guys who made my burger. Keep up the good work.

We called Danielson and was told exactly, “yea, we’re not delivering right now” and hung up and called Putnam and Michelle, who took our order was so pleasant and accommodating and they delivered to Dayville (even though Danielson was closer) and though we were told it was going to be at least 50 mins and we ended up getting it much sooner then 50 min. And Madison, was our delivery driver, she was so friendly and wonderful. Definitely ordering from Putnam from now on.

I'm giving them a 3 star bcuz their Buffalo pizza is for real. BUT- I just had an eggplant grinder from there that nearly made me cry, it was that bad. 1st off- everyone in New England knows that a small is not just half of a large. So bad start there- the thing was the length of my small lady hand. Secondly, the sauce tasted like pure tomato paste (was it, Giant? Was it?? Bland. As. Heck. I don't mind that their food is generally 3 times more greasy than anyone else's, but for it to be greasy AND bland??? I'm baffled. View menu

Ordered 2 what they call giant pizza which is really a large and the dough was chewy and not really cooked all the way. The toppings were sliding off even after it was cold the whole tip would just fall off. I stopped getting food from here for a while and I figured I try them again but now I know why I stopped buying from them. Not worth the money very poor quality food. Don't waste your money here go to uptown sandwiches in putnum, very good haven't had any issues with my food from there even knowbthey don't make pizza. I rather buy a frozen pizza from a grocery store then eat giants pizza again.

I ate here because it's the building where my great, great grandfather lynched my great, great, great grandmother. Such a complicated and painful history, and this pizza joint cemented the experience with equally complicated and painfully bad pizza. I'm only giving 3 stars because the roaches provided good entertainment. Vegetarian options: No. Kid-friendliness: Three 9-year-olds were running the kitchen. They love kids! Parking: They threw a disabled man out of his wheelchair to make room for my car. Great customer service! Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to cheese, tomatoes, and meat. They were very accommodating!

"We started with a reservation at on Christmas Eve … they called to move the reservation earlier multiple times during the weeks leading up to it (three different times to be exact) ending up at just days before the reservation date. Clearly not the time we wanted, but they were the only place open in town that night, so we kept it. Then two hours before our reservation, they called to move it up a fourth time to because they wanted to go home early. At that point it was too late to go to any grocery store to make dinner at home so we begrudgingly agreed, even though at that point it was basically a lunch rather than anything close to a normal dinner hour. They rushed us to order within minutes of arriving, but the food came quickly so we were done with drinks apps and main courses within minutes of arriving Our waitress asked if we wanted dessert, so we ordered some. She came back and said they had closed the kitchen and we couldn’t have dessert. At They had closed the kitchen and weren’t serving dessert on a holiday, FIFTEEN minutes after our reservation was set to start just early that day. It was a disaster. Oh and not to mention when ordering she asked us to pick two sides for main courses, when we had ordered one each. Then returned to say we only had one side but did we want to pay extra for those second sides. We didn’t ask for a second side until she wrongly insisted we had two. So no, we don’t want to pay for sides we never wanted to order in the first place. It was disorganized, unprofessional, and an overall awful way to spend our holiday. And they had tables that had been seated around the same time, so it was by no means dead or else I would have understood the rush to get out. Not to mention the crowd of town drunks sitting at the bar. People had tried to come in after us w/out reservations and were turned away. If you’re going to be open on a holiday BE OPEN. If you’re going to do it like that, just close."
