"I've driven by this place more times than I can count. So when it came time for date night, it was finally time to check it out and I'm so glad we did. Unbeknownst to me, Gibb's has an actual butcher shop in Olmsted Falls. When you set your Google map coordinates, make sure you're headed to the right spot (and don't blow past it like I did). The butcher shop supplies the meats for the restaurant and the flavors are insanely good. Their seasonal cocktail menu worked well for us; but if you're a craft beer or bourbon drinker, they have a wide selection as well. Any place you can get a Bacon Flight paired with a Bourbon Flight, is definitely a good find! I'm a big fan of premium bologna and enjoy an occasional thick bologna sandwich. I was surprised to see it on the menu and couldn't resist. It was one of the best bologna sandwiches I've ever had. And it was so thick, half had to come home with me. Everything about Gibb's was fun. Our server, Anita, took her time to explain the menu, the features, the history of the family butcher shop, and how the food was sourced. Before we left, she made sure to tell us to check out the second floor before we left. Up a narrow set of back stairs we left the country music and honky-tonk vibes of the first floor to find a whole separate bar on the second floor. Jimmy's Place Upstairs is a speakeasy-style cocktail bar that looks like something out of the Roaring 20's. We couldn't believe that whole thing was upstairs and there was really no clue down below. The two places have diametrically opposite, yet complimentary vibes. We will surely be back soon for a cocktail upstairs and more of the prime butcher shop inspired dishes downstairs."

Nice mix of food. BBQ, appetizers and sandwiches. Deviled eggs, onion straws, a flight of bacon and a huge steak salad with Cajun ranch. And lobster bisque. Perfect bisque. All very very good. Try this place out!!

Food was hot and really good. I highly recommend this place. Apple Red Raspberry and Mild sausage was really good. Mac and Cheese was amazing. You get a big loaded potato well worth it. Cut up potatoes were seasoned well.

Ordered the homemade pork rinds. They were excellent. Had the $38 10 oz. Strip Steak and baked potato. Returned the potato twice because it was ice cold. TWICE!!! Steak was as tough as a horse saddle. Terrible disappointment for the money. View menu

Overall experience was good. I had an amazing burger with loaded potatoes. Food was absolutely amazing and the chef should get a raise!! Bartender could use a little help with beer offerings and how to entertain folks sitting at the bar. Decor was pretty nice and the bathrooms were clean although the paper towl dispenser was broke

Restaurant was busy when we came in so it took a while for our orders to be taken. Food was good except for a few sausages that were undercooked and falling apart. Have had some stomach issues since. Otherwise the experience overall was pretty standard, might be better at a different time (not right at the end of the brunch special or during their concert).

Neat dining experience in Olmstead Falls. Western theme with Crafted Beers and Root Beer. I had the Sausage Sampler and the portions were very generous. My mate had the grilled Pork Chop close to 1 inch thick and size was Coffee cup saucer. 5 Stars. I'll be dining here again soon.Kid-friendliness: Limited but generous portions.Wheelchair accessibility: Fine View menu

I love the Ribeye with the loaded Baked Potato here! We also love the Salmon here too! They have great app in general, one of our favorites is the chicken tenders! We highly recommend stopping here!

Everything was okay. Good maybe not overwhelming awesome..but definitely decent... Tried cheese curds, crawfish and sweet potato chunks and hot dogs and salad with Salmon..the salad and salmon were delicious. The Texas toast made hot dog hard to eat....the cheese curds well it's fried cheese..the white cheese I thought tastier than cheddar..don't eat if you are watching your calories or fried food. I am a fan of fries so the cubed potatoes weren't for me. The Amish beans were sweet. The hot dogs were good. Maybe a bit salty. The fountain drink Dr..pepper needed more bubbles. The vanilla ream soda was good..the wine tasty. That's pretty much all we ordered. And main comments... Salmon and sal...

"Skip Panera, go here instead! I was in Berea for a few days and needed a place to do remote work on my laptop for several hours. This place came up with my search for coffee shops and I'm so glad it did. Right from the start I knew I'd found myself a local gem! The staff here are clearly well-trained, very friendly, and enjoy what they do. Lots of young people who know what they are doing and know a lot of the regulars who come in daily or weekly. The man who I assume is the owner/manager is also behind the counter in the morning, serving customers and chatting up everyone. The coffee here reminded me of the coffee from my favorite place back home, so naturally I approve of that! While here I had a breakfast sandwich on a tomato-basil bagel, as well as a turkey wrap with fire feta, a ham and cheese on brioche, and a chicken salad wrap (which is a specialty recommended to me by the owner/manager). All of it was delicious! Everything was light and fresh and ready in 5 minutes. For three days in a row I took up a window seat with an outlet, working on my laptop for about 6 hours. Lots of people came and went, lots of locals, lots of students and professors (who the staff knew from the college). Some people worked, did homework, others just chatted or grabbed their stuff to go. At peak business around 11-12, they had two people taking orders and were still churning them out in 5-10 minutes. I'm not sure when I'll be in Berea next, but I'm coming here when I am. I love this place and I wish there was a place like it in my hometown!"
