"My family and I decided to visit this restaurant after reading positive reviews and checking out the menu, so we were really looking forward to it. When we arrived, a family walked in ahead of us, which was fine. However, as we waited, a man left with several pizza boxes for takeout. After standing there for a few minutes, a woman approached us and said they had no available seating because one of the staff members had failed to show up. She simply walked away without offering us any options for takeout or any other alternatives—just a quick "sorry about your luck." Frustrated, we tried to call and place a takeout order, but their phone was off the hook. It was quite disappointing, especially since family-friendly spots are limited in the Outer Banks. We ended up going to Lisa's Pizzeria instead, which was a much better experience. I would definitely recommend them over this restaurant."

We ordered over the phone for pickup. We ordered the deluxe large. The nice lady said it would be around 20 minutes. We got there 20 minutes later and the pizza was ready. This is by far the best pizzeria pizza I've had in years. I highly recommend their pizza to everyone. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

We had take-out pizza from here on our vacation and it was excellent. They were pretty slammed, and we ordered over the phone and then came to the restaurant when they told us it would be ready (almost an hour after ordering). Pathetic- this place is so backward and disrespectful of patrons that they actually place a hand-written sign on their window advising would-be customers not to bother coming in because they’d rather just handle delivery orders and don’t want to be bothered with real in-person customers. Great family restaurant with awesome pizza pasta. Super friendly staff. They really deserve the high rating the have. Price are still affordable compared to other places in Avon that have become expensive tourist traps. We went twice during our week long holiday. That’s because they’re good !
