"I was going here in 2019, and my experiences were very hit or miss. I came back in 2022 for a to-go order. The food quality was pretty meh for the prices. I really want to like this place because it is in my neighborhood. I went today and took a seat in one of the non-high chairs by the front door. I'm 4'10 and on the heavy side. The chair was still kinda high but also uncomfortable. Other chair options were backless stools of similar height outside. I didn't even bother to order since I couldn't comfortably sit in there."

Great place to grab a beer and pizza before a movie. If it's after better get there by 8 because they close at a:30

Service and drinks were great. There's no food on site, but there's a food truck that can be delivered to you there.

Great location with a wide variety of beers, and the pizza was fantastic. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan choices available. View menu

The beer is ok, the spot is ok, the Detroit style pizza was good. They close mad early and it's kinda annoying, it's always 1 person working and I don't like the qrcode x ordering

I had a great experience at the restaurant! I even took some cans home, and they taste just as good straight from the can. It took a little time to get accustomed to scanning the QR code to order from my phone, but once you figure it out, it's both convenient and quick. I didn't try the food, but I really value having this place in Daly City, which is lacking in breweries! As for parking, there’s ample free parking available in a nearby garage.

I love joyride pizza, and beer! Gilman brings these two together with their tasty beers. Unfortunately though, our group of ten were basically bullied and told if we bring anymore people into the basically empty taproom, we would be asked to leave. We weren't being rowdy or obnoxious, just meeting up before a show across the way and all bought beer and pizza. Not a way to treat people bringing business in. Because of the service, I probably won't be coming back. View menu

Three of us visited just after the traditional lunch period on a Sunday afternoon. The guy running the place was pleasant enough but we were merely directed to a QR code on the table. We placed an order via the app only to discover later that one of us ended up paying the entire bill despite the fact that we each entered credit card information. The food and drinks both arrived quickly. The buffalo chicken pizza was outstanding. The perplexing thing is the fact that the beer was just so-so.

This place is basically a self-service grab-and-go with limited options. The highlight seems to be expensive, $25 pre-made mini pizzas, which are essentially sponge bread cooked in a fancy Easy Bake oven. There was only one employee present who had headphones in and was listening to music, constantly replying with “what?” whenever customers tried to ask questions. You also place your order and pay on an iPad, so there is no human interaction. Despite this, you're still prompted to leave a tip of 20%, 25%, or 30%.
