"I've been coming to Gino's for years way before I moved into the area 11 years ago as my family lives down the street. When I'm nearby I always try to make it a point to stop by. The pizza is always hot and tastes great. I wish juices were cheaper but in NYC there is nothing cheap anymore. My only complaint is sometimes the crust is too burnt leaving a bad aftertaste in your mouth. However, it's still a good choice for fresh pizza. :"

Plain spice needs more cheese and sauce. Very light. Customer service was valid.

Ordered a supreme pizza and was sent a pepperoni instead. So annoyed. Never again! View menu

I liked it! Simple cheese slice, classic NYC slice. I always stop by when I'm in the neighborhood

Although I've moved out of state years ago, I always make it a point to visit Gino's whenever I'm back in my old neighborhood. Their pizza never lets me down; I truly enjoy it every time. View menu

I absolutely adore this classic! The sauce, the dough, and the pepperoni are all delicious! Plus, they offer their own delivery service! I added my favorite topping, and they prepared it perfectly!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The prices are fantastic, the portions are generous, and the food is delicious. My manicotti parmesan with chicken and eggplant was only $12.50, and it came with free garlic knots. Plus, the delivery was really quick!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
