"If you want a sit down dining experience, you won 't find it here...We stopped in for dinner and found a table sit at to wait for a server. We waited for awhile and finally went up to the bar and asked the female bartender, Are we supposed to order here? She snidely replied, Umm...yeah! Then asked, What do you want?? I replied, Idk...What do you have? She then rolled her eyes and said, The menu is over there! , while pointing to the wall. So, we looked at the wall menu and then, put in our order. Finally, they called my name, so we had to go back up to the bar, and our order was in to-go containers and we found a table to sit at, but didn 't have any silverware or napkins. So, my Husband went back up and she told him where they were. The food was mediocre and the service was practically non existent...Honestly, you would get better service from a cafeteria. Glenwood Pines is a charming restaurant with delicious food. The parking situation is sufficient, but the only issue was the stairs leading to the downstairs dining area, which posed a challenge for our group of older individuals. View menu

I had an amazing meal at Glenwood Pines! The Glenwood Pinesburger with a combination of Mayo and 1000 Islands dressing and the salt and vinegar wings were absolutely delicious. The meal was fabulous, the atmosphere was great, the restaurant was very clean, and the view of the lake was wonderful. This place is a must-visit!

What a great little find we sat outside on a beautiful day with views of the lake had a wonderful steak sandwich and my wife had a crab sandwich. Nice selection of beer friendly staff very reasonable prices nice people to sit with as well. Beer was served in their own special plastic glasses, which we were allowed to keep a very nice souvenir.
