This location was extremely clean and well organized. The atmosphere is lovely, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was most welcoming and provided a personalized experience.Meets an elite standard by which other restaurants can be judged!

I gave this restaurant one star because I couldn't find it at all—the address is incorrect. It took me to a LA Fitness instead. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone when I tried to call for help. I'm really frustrated I drove all the way here for nothing.

This was my first visit, and I must say Cleopatra provided an exceptional experience with their attitude and customer service. The food was excellent—just the right amount of seasoning, not too salty at all. We also tried the local drinks, pineapple and carrot juice, which were both delicious! Thank you, Cleo! I came by one of my favorite places for lunch. My sister is visiting from out of town and wanted some dumplings. What better place than Golden Crust. Our service was phenomenal thanks to Shauel who went above and beyond in impeccable customer service. I will for sure be back to visit this wonderful restaurant where you are treated like family ?

The food is good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The woman with red braids working today had a truly terrible attitude and was rude to my family. There are plenty of Caribbean options in this area, so dealing with a rude server is just not worth it. She appeared annoyed that we were ordering food and that she had to assist us. Her behavior was unacceptable.

For the price I paid for the curry goat, I expected the food to be much better. I suspect this might be an issue specific to this location, as I've never had problems with other branches. There was more fat than actual goat in my dish, and the rice was extremely dry—almost like it had been sitting out for days. The plantains were in the same condition. I wish I could rate them lower than zero. The food was terrible. I spent $60 on some completely unflavored Jamaican dishes. I called and spoke with the supervisor to share my complaint. She took my name and number and said she would call me back, but I never heard from her. I have eaten there before without any issues, but this time everything was incredibly bland—no flavor at all. I definitely won't be going back.

It’s disappointing to see GK Austell overcharging customers like this. We’re all dealing with rising prices, but paying such a high amount for a small plate is simply unacceptable! The Kennesaw location offers better food anyway. As an update, after my experience at Austell, I visited the Kennesaw location and found their veggie plate, which included yams, for just $8.59 (as shown in the second photo). Isn’t it gorgeous?

The food is consistently delicious, but I've noticed that when the older woman is at the restaurant—I'm not sure if she's the manager—everything seems to run smoothly. However, I had a disappointing experience yesterday. I went in to purchase some food, but they were out of beef patties and only had veggie/spinach patties available. Additionally, they were out of stew chicken and oxtails. It was not a pleasant experience. There should have been a sign indicating they were closing early. Other customers left just like I did. It's important to ensure that you have enough food to last until closing time. You've been in business long enough to avoid running out of food. View menu
