"I don't understand why this restaurant has received negative reviews. I have visited this place at least 20 times, and I am a huge fan of their philly cheese steaks! My family also enjoys their steak and chicken sandwiches. Personally, I always opt for the steak sandwich. While adding fries and a drink can make it a bit pricey, I usually skip those extras. The sandwiches are worth the cost to me, as the steak is always tender and perfectly seasoned. In terms of customer service, I have never encountered any issues. The only downside for me is that the restaurant is located 40 minutes away."

I deducted one star due to the price of the food, but in terms of taste and quality, it was top-notch. I ordered the chicken teriyaki sandwich with fries and a drink. The sandwich was bursting with flavor, the chicken was high quality, and the fries were hot and crispy. My girlfriend ordered the same sandwich with loaded fries, which were also hot and the cheese, chives, and sour cream topping was delicious. We will definitely return whenever we are at the mall again.
