"terrible experience! They don't appreciate their business a bit. they ship perishable items late and could take care of less when it arrives on time or at all. I never called half a dozen times and they ignored my calls. the same for the emails. Once they have their money, they're fucked up and they've got enough business, they really don't care. on the basis of the other complaining, I don't care if they get a bad review. it is obvious that they use caller ID to avoid calling from angry customers because they would not answer my calls after they found out how mad I was, but if I called from another number, they would answer the phone. if I had read the other negative reviews, I would never have bought from this terrible business. her posture is disgusting and I would not order anything from this bakery, especially if they do it online and expect it to be shipped. the only way to get their attention is to deny the credit card fee. depending on what they are looking for, I would recommend russ daughter or magnolia bakery by goldenbelly. so when their order is screwed on, goldbelly is responsible and will make it right."

I requested a delivery related to Florida, but the package arrived damaged and crushed. They haven't responded to my emails, and I won't be ordering from them again or recommending them to others. View menu

We absolutely loved the Seven Layer Cake and the Chocolate Rugelach (pack of 2, 14 oz)! My family really enjoyed them. Thanks to Door Dash, I was able to arrange delivery in New York from my home in Texas.

There is nowhere in Huntsville Alabama to purchase Babka. I saw an advertisement for Green's Bakery and took a chance ordering babka to be shipped to my home. All I have to say is SUPERB!! I will be ordering for shipments again.

I usually don’t buy Babka, but it looked too tempting to resist. I brought one back to Pennsylvania, and now I regret only purchasing one! I chose the chocolate flavor, and it is absolutely delicious. It would make amazing French toast! View menu

I bought a Honey Cake for my aunt who lives in assisted living. She said it was the most delicious cake she’s ever had, even better than what my grandmother used to make. The customer service was also excellent when I called with some questions. I will definitely be ordering again from this fantastic bakery!

I had a terrible experience! My perishable items were delivered late, and as of now, they still haven't arrived. I called Greens multiple times and reached out to the Ackerman family, who owns the business, through email half a dozen times without any progress. They don't respond and seem to actively avoid my calls as soon as they see my number on their caller ID. It looks like this is a recurring issue, as I've now read several similar negative reviews. Their disregard for my situation was appalling; they acted as if my $150 order being lost or delayed was of no concern to them, completely ruining my event. Based on my experience, and clearly the experiences of many others, I would not reco...

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
