"My wife and I visited Gringos during the week of Thanksgiving. Since it was one of the few restaurants open in the city, we decided to give it a try because it looked quite upscale from the outside. Unfortunately, the only thing that justified the high price was the bill! The chips were overly thick, so we opted for cheese dip and guacamole. We both ordered the $25 chicken plate, only to find that the chicken was extremely dry, as if it had been left out from the previous day. Despite asking for extra sauce, it couldn’t save the dish. We managed to eat about half of our meals before we had to give up. For a place that charges a premium for its dishes, we expected a real treat, but this was a huge disappointment. The greatest issue seemed to be a lack of quality control; management and the cook should know better than to serve old, dried-out chicken, yet they did. I gave two stars instead of one because our waitress was accommodating and allowed us to swap the fries for a fresh salad. She did a commendable job, with the only downside being that our main dishes were served just two minutes after we received our salads. The highlight of our meal was the exceptional and attentive hostess."

The fish tacos were excellent, and the drinks were quite enjoyable too. My girlfriend ordered the enchiladas, but they turned out to be a bit too spicy for her. That worked out well for me!

The food here is amazingly tasty. Tried tacos, quesedilla and pizza all of them are delicious. I tried a jalapeño margarita and it was stunning..!! The server was helpful and polite in answering all the questions.

It took 3 different servers for our drinks (which were just a coke andDiet Coke) to arrive, and then dinner was even worse. The burger I ordered was over cooked.
