I love this place. No matter which location you visit, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are a little higher than the local corner shop or deli, but with higher prices come higher quality. I would easily travel miles out of my way to get a Hampton Coffee cold brew. I would not get anything complicated or fancy there. The coffee wasn't very good for the price point. You might like the standard coffee if you like Starbucks standard coffees.
