"I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:55 PM and was asked to wait for 2 minutes at the ordering speaker. After waiting for 5 minutes, with a line of cars building up behind me, I was finally able to place my order. The first thing I asked for was a roast beef sandwich, but to my shock, I was told they didn’t have any roast beef! How is it possible that Arby’s, a restaurant known for its meat, runs out of roast beef? This isn’t the first time I’ve faced issues at this location, as I’ve encountered slow service and limited menu items before. While the staff has always been friendly, which is why I’m giving them two stars, this restaurant needs to be reviewed by upper management. It serves as a prime example of how not to operate a fast food establishment."
