"We ordered for pick-up but when we arrived, the kitchen realized our ticket was lost and our food hadn't been made. The manager came out to speak to us several times and even personally delivered our food when it was ready. She was very honest with us about what happened and, even though it was clear they were VERY busy, the kitchen got us our food quick. It was fresh and delicious. They comped our food and gave us fresh appetizers on top of what we already ordered. We had 2 hangry kids who had been stuck in the car for three hours, so we really appreciate how quickly the kitchen was able to get our food made on short notice. Everyone we talked to was kind and had a good sense of humor. Overall we had a great experience."

I have not eaten at Hideaway Pizza in many years.I was very happy with the service, I was greeted at the door. My waiter made some good recommendations on a pizza and a salad. He checked back with me often to be sure I had what I needed and keep my drink full.The food was very good. I was very happy with the pizza, it was tasty and the different flavors on it stood out. Also, don't over look the salads. It was a really good starter and I would recommend it as well.Even if it is a little out of the way from where you are at it is well worth the additional travel time.Next time, I am back in town. I will be going back.
