"I have been dining at Hirame for years and this review is long overdue. If you are a fan of sushi, this family-owned restaurant is a must-visit. Whitney, the hostess, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. She always remembers our favorites and is quick to make recommendations. The sushi here is the best in the area, with consistently fresh and delicious offerings. The other dishes on the menu are also excellent. I highly recommend Hirame to anyone who enjoys sushi."

for years we've been here and the sushi was best in the opposite. the last two times I had large amounts abs the fish was not fresh and the sushi was badly made (not evenly cut, stacked messy in the tablet.)

The fish is very high quality and if you get a lunch special the prices are very good.The non-Japanese items tend to be good, not great, but the sushi and sashimi are still strong enough to merit the 5 stars.

I highly recommend this sushi restaurant. It is located in a strip mall with easy parking, and the food is authentic. Whitney is wonderful and always remembers our favorite dishes. We don't even need to look at the menu. Highly recommend trying it out!

Boys have been asking for sushi and I came across this place after a google search. Reviews were spot on Whitney was excellent friendly, warm and efficient. Food was amazing we got lettuce wraps, tempura and gyoza. Rolls/sushi were very fresh and delicious. Vegetable lomein loaded with fresh veggies. Husband didn?t care for 5 spice/sweet flavor of chicken and broccoli but thumbs up overall!
